Professional qualification of elementary school teachers of the Karlovy Vary region in relation to Act. No. 563/2004 Coll.

The paper analyzes the competence of teachers in elementary schools of the Karlovy Vary Region in the context of finding the opportunities, needs and problems of university degree-qualified teachers study in combined form. The main goal is to provide forecasts of fulfilling the conditions laid down by Act No. 563/2004 Coll., as amended by the prescribed professional qualification of teachers of primary schools by the end of 2014 with proposals to eliminate the potential risks of development. Based on the results obtained by analyzing the competence of primary school teachers, supply conditions and needs of university-qualified teachers combined study by questionnaire was possible to formulate a forecast level of competence of teachers in elementary level of the Karlovy Vary Region of 78.5 %. The development proposals for the elimination of risk can be regarded as a key respecting the needs of unqualified teachers, intensive collaboration with the municipalities as school founders in the region and ensure teacher participation in school projects Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness (ECOP) in the open field of educational study of Science.

Financial Control in the System of Organizing Dues

The thesis analyses financial control as a part of financial management that deals with govemment subsidised organisations which manage public funds. A part of this work is research about the level of quality of the operative control systém at schools and a risk analysis. Fulfilling the goals of financial control helps public funds to be better used for a common benefit. Schools and educational facilities belonging to government subsidised organisationts are classified as public services and as such they have to implement a systém of financial control according to the law. The director of a government subsidised organisation provides internal financial audits according to the given law. This law is rather significant for school directors, because it also deals with external financial audits. Given the fact that this is a complicated matter, this work is collecting data about financial control and presents its findings to school directors to improve the quality of their internal control systém. Condition and managing of the next teachers education in The Primary Art Schools

The final bachelor's writing examination paper concerns with the problems of the managing of the next teachers education in the Primary Art Schools in the Czech Republic. In the first part there is a short description of education as a life's work and the explanation of some concepts of the school management. The next part it works at the present condition of the next teachers education. It describes all legislative documents that work as the next teachers education and also the institutions that guarantee it. In the third part there is a summary research and evaluation of the present condition of the next teachers education in The Primary Art Schools. This final report is baced on the profesional literature, the results of research and the own experience and information. The results can be applied on the work of the Primary Art Schools managers.
