The task summarizes some of the current theoretical knowledge of coaching. It totalizes the positive findings of practical coaching experience. It tries to find some of the possibilities of coaching of human resources at school, and looks for the specific concept of coaching for the school surrounding. The thesis is based on the experience and insights of authors of books and internet reviews, it searches similarities or differences that can be used by school headmaster. The research section provides the essential insight into the coaching from the staff at school and then it compares it with the listed literature. The rapid demographic decline of students entering secondary education nowadays significantly affects operation of all secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Prague secondary vocational schools and vocational schools have to deal with the massive loss of interest in studying these schools. The aim of this master's paper is therefore an effort to characterize the potential impacts of the crisis on these education organizations. At the same times it tries to outline possible activities to reduce the risk of vocational schools in Prague business failure. TITLE: "Comparison of British and Czech educational systems specifically in terms of school management" AUTHOR: Hana Kratinová DEPARTMENT: School Management Centre SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: This bachelor thesis presents a comparison of British and Czech educational systems in terms of historical development, the school systems, status and education of teachers and specially the function of the head teacher. In the theoretical section a number of interesting comparative data is listed. This section covers not only the present of British education and related areas but also historical development. Great attention is paid to comparison of the two school systems, as well as to the differences and similarities in the education of teachers and managers. Practical part provides by the method of survey suggestions of areas in which in the opinions of the respondents could be used practical experience of British school management in the Czech conditions, although both countries are different in terms of history, sociality and also in terms of the state systems. Financial literacy of educators in kindergarten and its influence on the control and management of the school

This final thesis deals with economic and financial awareness of educators in kindergarten and its impact on control and management of school. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of four main chapters. The first one describes the history and development of kindergartens. The second chapter deals with claims on the personality of the directors of kindergartens, school management, roles of educators and positive delegation of tasks and responsibilities. In the third chapter we have the state funding of kindergartens, their financial management, human resources as educational staff, but also with the legislation. The fourth chapter describes us what the financial literacy is and why is important. It also goes about kindergarten educators' lifelong learning and continuing education as part of the development of financial literacy. The practical part of thesis consists of one main chapter, which deals with issues such as financial literacy perceive themselves as teachers and directors of kindergartens use delegation, depending on the financial awareness of their educational staff. The theoretical part summarizes basic teoretical information, from which proceeds the practical part of thesis, its target results in the researched issues of two basic hypothesis if small primary schools are comparable with level of legal mind of their managers to bigger schools and after if level of legal mind of school managers is quantitative reflection of the number of completed educational courses in legislation within the system of next education for pedagogical staff. The practical part represents results from questionnaire survey, research, anonymous tests with the form of closed questions focusing on the aplication of legislation. Strategy of Education in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the selected strategic documents of education in the European Union, in the Czech Republic and in the Liberec region. This thesis summarizes knowledge of the development in the European area, the development of legislation and the national attitude from the point of view of strategies of education. The conclusion is based on the previous attitudes mentioned above and compared with the National Programme of Education. Relevant opinions of politicians and experts influencing the further development of the education system in the Czech Republic are presented in the thesis as well. The conclusion of this thesis is the case study of requirements of the National Programme of Education. The theses defines the frame of the National Programme of Education in the Czech Republic and suggests the possible content and related executive structure.
Analysis of the secondary schools optimization project in the town of Varnsdorf

The subject of the thesis is to analyze the optimization of secondary schools in Varnsdorf from procedures of the preparation, negotiations and approval process, to its realization. There search is based on data obtained through two of qualitative research methods: Participatory observation Analysis of documents - artifacts The thesis conclusion is based on triangulation, the penetration of various research methods, and contains, among others, recommendations for the Ministry of Education, Department of Regional Education Offices, regional councilors, and management of schools that prepare optimization projects. Particular attention is given to the impact of the optimization on the College and Secondary School in Varnsdorf.
Director of the kindergarten in the role of leader, manager, executor

This thesis deals with the "trinity" of kindergarten director roles. The aim of work is treated general study supported by professional literature, legal standards, practical experience, crucial documents dealing with the level of education, research in undergraduate dissertations and thesis and requirements with a focus on the role of director of a kindergarten in leadership, management and teaching. The treated study supported by research calls for a reassessment of the existing status and re-evaluation of the various roles while maintaining synergy in their entirety, not just in relation to the threat of quality and effectiveness of each role undertaken, but also in the context of reflection on the possible standardization of kindergarten director, as is already existing abroad. The benefit of this work is part of the research that has been given to the identification of relevant knowledge about the proportion of time that kindergarten directors devote and demand for education, management and leadership and also to determine what benefits would be created by changing the distribution of proportions of time in his three roles - leader, manager and executor.
Management education of giften children in the Czech republic

A goal of my dissertation is to find out current educational conditions of gifted children in Czech Republic. What legislative, financial and methodological proceedings of state policy influence education of talented children and their possible impact on schools. Another aim is to verify how important this educational field is attributed by headmasters at primary schools and what helps or complicates introducing methodical education of gifted pupils. The dissertation contains of three parts. The first one is theoretical which acquaints readers with educational field of talented children in the Czech Republic in sphere of legislative, including the glance abroad. Second part is an empirical questionnaire survey, based on interview detecting conditions for education of exceptionally gifted children at primary schools. It focuses on headmasters, their motivating, educating and evaluating of teachers and what advantages for school it brings. Another goal is to find out possibilities and differences in financing the work with talented children in particular regions. On the basis of established data is created a manual, which could help headmasters to introduce methodical education of gifted pupils. The manual is drawn up as a gradual successive approach.
