This research report describes results of seismological monitorning in the Jeroným Mine near Čistá in 2023. Main results from monitoring of geotechnical parameters using distributed measurement system are briefly presented, namely stability of chamber K1 and movement of mine water level.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the optimal way of financing tangible fixed assets. The theoretical basis of the work is the first part, which contains an explanation of the concepts and methods used. This part is processed on the basis of a search of professional literature. In the second part I will focus on the individual methods from the previous part and at the end of this part I will evaluate the results. In the last part of my work I will deal with individual possibilities of financing tangible fixed assets, subsequent compilation of proposals and overall evaluation.

The diploma thesis describes a process of public tender for building contracts from a construction company’s perspective. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and procedures encountered during issuance, awarding and completion of public tenders. The necessary procurement rules and guidelines are also included. The practical part defines an actual tender offer from a particular contractor. The tender in question is a construction of leisure centre in Ratiskovice.

This work deals with the bid price for a development project base on the construction of houses funded by a private German investor. The bid price create with help of budget in a various structures. The various structures of the budget, which use in German environment usually. Specifically, it uses the norm DIN 276 and classification StLB includes software. The main target of my diploma thesis is suggestion for create the bid price. The suggestion with choose form and manner of valuation build works, which respect all legislation for realization construction in Germany.
Management of Development Projects

The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.
Proposal for Changes of Marketing Mix of Concret Company

The diploma thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of the marketing mix of the company NAD s.r.o.. The company specializes in roofing, specificaly in the laying of thatched roofs, especially reed roofs. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part will be focused on the issue of marketing. In the second part I will analyze the company. In the last part I will propose a suitable marketing solution for the company NAD s.r.o. based on the results of selected analyzes.

This research report describes results of seismological monitorning in the Jeroným Mine near Čistá in 2021. Main results from monitoring of geotechnical parameters using distributed measurement system are briefly presented, namely stability of chamber K1 and movement of mine water level in long time period. The measurement of radon volume activity is briefly described. The fall down of rock in October 2021 is also mentioned.

Land ownership restrictions

This paper disserts land ownership restrictions. Land ownership is restricted more intensively than other kinds of ownership due to the specificity of land as its object. Land ownership restrictions can arise either under law, under administative decisions, or under contracts. The restrictions are always represented by obligations either to allow, to omit, or to do something. The existence of land ownership restrictions is directly related to the level of social development. That is why land ownership restrictions can be found in very ancient documents such as the Code of Hammurabi. This paper, however, mainly focuses on various land ownership restrictions contained in the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms, in legislation on nature protection, the forest act, lagislation on agricultural land resources protection, water management regulations, building code, legislation on land consolidation, law on roads and in legislation on neighborly relations. In the end the dissertation analyzes the land ownership restrictions arising from rights to property of another and from contracts with inter partes obligations.
