Věra Špánová-Boudníková is an artist who chose textile as her artistic medium. She emerged on the artistic scene in 1960's. Her early works were influenced by studies of textile technologies under guidance of Bohdan Mrázek and Jindřich Vohánka and also by the new concept of "authentic tapestry". It was at that time when she met Vladimír Boudník. In the1970's and 80's artist's work went through several changes. Tapestry was liberated from the wall and became an object. Artist started to determinate herself against the decorative quality of Textile art. This tendency culminated in art works from 90's when she left handmade tapestries and started to use prefabricated textiles as a part of her objects. In this time period, artist's fellowship with the artistic group Žararaka and her active participation at group's symposiums played a significant role in her life and work. It was at these symposiums where Věra Špánová-Boudníková created her most conceptual objects and it is also where the biggest transformation of her artistic style took place. Intensive hippotherapy in children diagnosed with infantile paralysis and its short-term and intermediate effect

Hippotherapy belongs to the family of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation methods. It especially benefits the rehabilitation care of complex neurological patients. This paper theoretically examines the methodology of hippotherapy. Further, this paper examines an evaluative survey of 21 subjects after intensive hippotherapy who were initially diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The immediate, short and medium term effect of the therapy was exami-ned. For the evaluation the intercondylic index, Collis symptom and position reaction tests were used. The testing is complemented with a questionnaire filled in by parents with 11 pa-rameters, which included changes in the functions of knowledge and psyche of the child. The results show that there is a statistically significant improvement in all examined parameters after immediate and weekly therapy. Thus this method can be recommended as a possible approach to the therapy of children with cerebral palsy. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Bank Loans of Enterpreneurs and Possibility of Obtaining in the Czech Republic

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

Jean Baptiste P. Moliére: The Misanthrope - costume design

The thesis deals with the complex solution of costumes of the theatre play The Misanthrope written by Moliére. The work is divided in two main parts: a theoretical study and a practical propose. The theoretical part examines the biography of Moliere, with my own insight into the cultural and historical background of the period. I tried to capture the essence of the playwright's inspiration and justify the form of his plays. This part is served mainly for my own understanding of Molière's life and work. Studing historical circumstances of the period helped me to better understand the play The Misanthrope. An important element during the research process was a field-trip to Paris. Working on Vladimir Mikes´s translation of the Misantrope, I paid attention to the detailed description the text.
The second half of my work is devoted to the analysis of previous realizations of the play The Misanthrope in Czech Republic and abroad, thanks to which I explained my own concept of the play. These analyses are supported by illustrative photographs. In the practical part I justified my own choices of inspiration and the costumes, that were based on analysis of the dramatic characters. The second part also includes examples of costume´s drawings.

Entrepreneurship in the context of different national cultures

Each company has its set of values, norms and behavioural patterns that determine the manners of its employees, their relationships within the social structure of the organization, as well as the company?s public relations. The company culture influences the style of work of every employee in the firm and consequently their behaviour in the public. It reveals the way the entrepreneurs want to do their business and often shows how much or in what way they acknowledge social responsibility. Due to globalization, there are many multinational companies in our country. The theoretical part of the thesis thus focuses on the combination of company and national cultures at a workplace; furthermore it contains a summary of some of the main literature on the subject of company culture and intercultural management. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the company culture of a chosen international firm and to propose solutions for some improvements to the current situation in the company.

Historický vývoj a postavení vybraného hotelu na trhu cestovního ruchu v ČR

The bachelor's thesis is focused on a study of the hotel Crowne Plaza Prague. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the hotel in the tourism market of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part determines definitions of tourism market, accommodation facilities and their standardization and the hotel industry of the Czech Republic. The practical part includes a description of the hotel and his history. The hotel owner is presented and the relation with the hotel's franchiser InterContinental Hotels Group is explained. The analytical part is worked up mainly on the basis of interviews with hotel staff and its aim is an analysis of hotel customers, comparison of hotel capacity, the room prices and chosen services with other Prague 4-star hotels. At the end a SWOT analysis is made. The analysis is an assessment of hotel's position in the tourism market of the Czech Republic and presents suggestions for improvement.

Influence of tabacco and alcohol advertising on consumer

In my work I deal with alcohol ads and their influence on consumer behavior. Tobacco advertising has been prohibited due to tobacco malignity. Accordingly, there are not likely to encourage smoking. Whether the consumption decreased after the ban is also included in this work. Since alcohol is currently a problem not only juveniles but also adults and intensity of consumption continues to rise, there is a need to deal with this problem. The aim of my work is to determine whether alcohol advertising affects consumer choices in the consumption of alcohol.
