Analysis of the specifics of the nonprofit sector by grounded theory

This thesis focuses on the specifics of the non-profit sector from the perspective of World of Difference's participants. The program World of Difference allows experts from business and government to spend one year in selected non-profit organization. The aim is to answer the question: "What specific features of the non-profit sector perceive World of Difference's participants differently compared with the profit sector?" The answer to the question was based on the method grounded theory, the data were collected through interviews with World of Difference's participants. The result of the research is nine specifics - ethos, motivation, resources, hierarchy, rules, efficiency, flexibility, language and professionalism. The central category consists of ethos, which is further composed of the principle of democracy, humanism and chaos. These specifics form the cornerstone of the grounded theory. Protective psychohygienic factors in the work of teachers at business academies

This bachelor thesis deals with the stress burden of teachers of economic subjects at business academies. The first part of the thesis focuses on what types of stress we distinguish, what are its manifestations and what effect it has on the health condition. The second part is focused on mental hygiene. Importance of interest in mental hygiene and techniques that may help teachers to maintain mental health. The practical part is focused on protective psychohygienic factors in the work of teachers at business academies. Research was conducted through a semi-structured interview. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis contains a summary and suggestions for reduction of the stress burden of teachers of economic subjects at secondary schools.

Unemployment benefits in the Czech Republic and in selected European Union coutries

- The aim of thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of unemployment benefit in the Czech Republic and its comparison with legal regulation in this area in selected European Union countries, particularly in Germany and Ireland. Legal regulation of unemployment benefit is discussed in details in relation to each of the states, concrete positive aspects are highlighted and at the same time the attention is focused on their weaknesses. The thesis also deals with coordination of social security systems within the European Union, with entitlement to unemployment benefit by the migrant unemployed and with the export of unemployment benefit to another European Union country.
Employment of the Czech Republic citizens in EU member states

73 Resumé The Employment of the Czech Citizens in the European Union Countries The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the access of the Czech migrant workers to the labour market of countries of the European Union. In my work I aimed my research on two countries - Germany and Republic of Ireland. The reason was that these two countries have chosen two different strategies and due to the fact I could look at the issue from two different perspectives. The thesis is composed of six chapters. Each deals with questions of access on labour market and policies of each member state in this area. In the first chapter I concentrated on the development of the free movement of workers right and its enactment in European legislation. The second chapter deals with the structure of the right of free movement of persons. It targets on each single component of this basic right. The third chapter focuses on possibilities of employment of Czech citizens in EU countries in general. The fourth chapter is concentrated on the access of Czech workers to German labour market, its possibilities, restrictions and German migrant policies in general. Chapter fifth is aimed to Irish employment polices and possibilities for Czech citizens in the Irish labour market with a view to Irish labour law applying on Czech workers. Conclusion is...
