The aim of master´s thesis is the suggestion of marketing strategy for Motiv Press company. The first part of the thesis is a detailed descreption of theoretical resources which I gained during my studying Faculty of Business and Management. The second part of the master´s thesis is focused on the complex analysis of the current situation of the company. On the basis of these facts I Works out a marketing strategy which contains a couple of proposals and designs including their time frame and economic characteristics.

Proposal of a Project Financed by ESF

The bachelor thesis deals with problem of reaching the grant from the European Social Fund through the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest the outline of the project for the Motiv P agency which enables to gain financial resources from the European Social Fund. Particularly, it deals with the project which supports the long term unemployment women, the women in maternity leave, and the women starting their own business. The theoretical part of the work explains the rules and the concepts which have to be taken into account to submit the project funded from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme.

Postural evaluation of volleyball players at young school age

Title: Postural evaluation of volleyball players at young school age Defining the problem: The question of why to evaluate postural maturity of children after one year of life is becoming more frequent. Growing number of children whose parents want them to have athletes, but it is not always targeted early sporting activity for the benefit. In this issue could help mature postural evaluation and implementation of specific tests to assess the suitability of the beginning of targeted sports. The work deals with the evaluation of postural maturity of children younger than school age who are dedicated to volleyball, using a set of simple motor tests and their evaluation and comparison of performance in physical tests and evaluations according to the coaches. Objectives: The present study aims to assess postural maturity groups of children younger than school age, who regularly, at least a year, dedicated to volleyball. Evaluation will be using a battery of simple clinical tests. It also aims to assess the physical fitness of children and compare the results of physical tests with tests of postural maturity and performance broken down by coaches. Homelessness in region Kladno

Thesis on homelessness in the region "Kladno" deals with the issue of homeless people. Their causes, consequences, pathologies associated with homelessness. It explores opportunities to assist those persons in returning to normal, dignified life to the mainstream society. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is focused on mapping organizations in the city of Kladno, which tries to help homeless people to return to normal society. Furthermore, this section lists the number of persons who are reported on official visit it is a nation-wide statistics for each region in 2009 and 2014, and financial data on the amounts of money that were paid in one month for hostels in Kladno. The second chapter provides a questionnaire, which consists of 10 closed questions and deals with the general issue of homelessness in Kladno, the views of local people on the issue of their city, but also the problems of today.

Social and philosophic aspects of databases: from a card catalogue to new cultural form

Tématem této práce je význam konceptu databáze a jeho vývoj ve vztahu k sociokulturnímu dění, a to s ohledem na aspekty, které plynou z histroií potvrzeného vztahu data, informace a znalosti. Cílem práce je objasnit fungování databází, jejich proměny v čase a postupný průnik databáze jakožto nové kulturní formy v období 19. až 21.století. Ústřední tématická linie se odvíjí od historického vývoje databáze a jejích podob vzhledem k příchozím technologiím, a dále pak od teorie uznávaného profesora kalifornské univerzity Leva Manoviche, který spatřuje v databázi novou kulturní formu. Aktuálnost práce je potvrzena rozborem technologií web 2.0, které vznikly až po vyslovení Manovichovy teorie a v současné době jsou ideálním příkladem pronikání fenoménu databáze do společnosti a její kultury. Konkrétní příklady dokládají dříve vyslovené teoretické koncepty a definují některé směry, jimiž se vývoj databází v současnosti ubírá. Na závěr jsou definovány možnosti využití výsledků této práce vzhledem k mapování pokračujícího sociokulturního vývoje.

Personal income tax relating to business and other earning activities

This diploma thesis "Business Income Tax and Taxation of Other Income Sources of Physical Entities" is dealing particularly with the Law nr. 586/1992 Col., laying down income taxes, and specifically it focuses on the provision about taxation of income from business and other income sources of physical entities. The introductory part deals with a general description of income law, mainly with realized tax reforms, with specific attention on "Tax reform carried out in 2008 - according to the law 261/2007 Col., about the public budget stabilization". The reform is compared with the previous applied taxation. The key subject of the thesis is the assessment of "tax and non-tax expenditures and costs". The thesis describes the issues consisting of the application of tax expenditures and costs - depreciation, financial leasing, travel remuneration, insurance, tax reserves and other specific expenditures. Furthermore, the thesis provides information regarding selected provisions of the income tax law by discussing and comparing current and previous legal regulations. Finally, the thesis looks at on the assessment of actual provision of income tax law and the issue of tax and non tax expenditure from the point of view of Law on business income taxation and other income sources of physical entities.
