Comparison of relationship between professional and amateur e-sport players towards sport

Title: Comparison of relationship between professional and amateur e-sport players towards sport Objectives: The aim of bachelor's thesis was to find how much the relationship towards sport differs by amateur and professional e-sport players. Methods: In the thesis was used the method of quantitative research, the questionnaire served as a tool how to collect data from e-sport players. Descriptive analysis was used after to describe collected data and then they were compared by comparative method. Results: It was conducted, that both amateur and professional players watch sports the most via TV or similar streaming and online platforms. The most common sport fans out of group of e-sport players are set on a value between 4 and 5 on a scale out of seven points. The group of amateur players consisted of 729 players out of 791 respondents, so the data by amateurs were very similar to the whole package of players, but for the professional players they were a lot of differences in each of the questions. The most watched sport by both groups was a football by a big margin, ice hockey followed and then other sports such as MMA, basketball, baseball or formula 1 appeared. Sport vs. eSport: motives of viewership from the fans' point of view

Title: Sport vs. eSport: viewership motives from the fans' perspective Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find common or different elements of sport and esports that motivate fans to watch it. The fulfillment of the main objective is preceded by the selection of appropriate motives. Subsequently, through proper and targeted exposure to individual motives, officials and individual managers can expand and manage the membership base. Methods: The research was carried out using a quantitative method of electronic questioning. An electronic questionnaire distributed through social networks was used to collect data, which enabled responses from 144 respondents. The research sample was composed of fans of sports and esports. Results: The research has provided a closer look at the motives that drive fans to watch sports and esports. The research also revealed the similarities between sports and esports industries, which will make it possible to apply marketing methods from sports to the emerging esports environment. Development and forecast of esport

Title: Esports Development and Prognosis Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to identify the video game market and selected aspects of the esport and to create a prognosis of future development which can serve the companies interested in participating in this market. Methods: Prognostic methods, mainly time series analysis and the least squares method, based on analytical data from the Analytical part were used to predict future development of esports and its aspects. Secondary data were used from verified Internet sources. Results: The resulting forecasts for 2030 are displayed by graphs and tables and predict the growing development of esports and the video game market in the coming years. At the same time, recommendations are compiled for entities interested in participating in the esports market. Title: Marketing research of Kappa brand value Objectives: The main objective of this work is to find out degree of brand awareness of the Kappa brand between current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Through marketing research, we find out current brand awareness of the Kappa brand between current student of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Methods: In the bachelor's thesis, there is used method of quantitative research. With technique of electronic questioning we examine the brand awareness of the Kappa brand by the current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague. Specifically Top-of-mind effect, brand recall, brand recognition and knowledge about sponsorship of brand Kappa. Results: The research showed that current students of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague know that Kappa brand exists, but they lack of deeper awareness, there is no Top-of-mind effect. Even aided and unaided awareness isn't high enough. Students can connect Kappa brand with Italy and they recognize logo very well. But they have no clue about sponsorship of Kappa brand. Marketing research of the Mizuno brand value

Title: Marketing research of Mizuno brand value Objectives: The main objective is to determine the value of the Mizuno brand in terms of the perception of Czech customers from the volleyball market. To meet the main goal, it is necessary to find out what consumers have experienced with the brand. Based on the results of the research, measures will be proposed that could lead to an increase in the perceived value of the Mizuno brand on the Czech market. Methods: Marketing research was proven by a quantitative method of electronic surveying. An electronic questionnaire was used to collect data, through which 358 respondents record their answers. The research sample was composed of volleyball equipment users who answered questions related to Aaker's two dimensions of the brand, namely brand knowledge and brand loyalty. Results: Research has generally shown very positive results for the Mizuno brand. It is the most popular and most often associated brand with volleyball. Mizuno has a leading competitive position, which it should constantly protect from brands such as Asics and Nike. Of the two categories examined, the value of the Mizuno brand appears to be a stronger knowledge of the brand, as almost everyone in the volleyball field is aware of it. Title: Influence of completion the introductory course in the study of Faculty of physical education and sport students Objectives: Evaluation of potencional conection between completing voluntary introductory course at Máchovo jezero and study succes of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague students. A comparison of the organizational structures of the Czech and Slovak baseball federations

Title: A comparison of the organizational structures of the Czech and Slovak baseball federations Objectives: The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are to obtain and analysis the data regarding the organizational structures two different national federations of baseball and their economic results from 2016. After analysis and comparison of data, recommendation for their improvement are proposed. There it was important to focus on their diversity, and then compare the competences and activities of each section. Based on the information received, the thesis contains proposals for innovations in both federations. Methods: The main method of collecting data for this thesis, was studying the legislative and publicly available documents of both organizations, and deep interviews with high-ranking members of the board for both organizations. A voice recorder was used for the interviews. In the next part of the thesis I used comparison analysis. The comparison includes the spread of structures, number of organizational levels, activities and delegation of authority, and the competencies of each section, as well as a percentage budget statement.
