The master’s thesis deals with the acquisition of mBank customers through alternative distribution channels and their subsequent analysis. The work consists of the preparation and execution of marketing actions in order to expand portfolio of clients with business accounts. The last part of the work is dedicated to proposal of customer relationship management system, through which could lead to deepening relationships with customers.

The aim of my bachelor thesis will be to create a business plan for a new hairdresser's. In this thesis I will gradually address all aspects of the establishment and management of enterprise related. Using the methods and research, I will work to implement the steps, which include fundamental questions, for example, the system search for new customers, gain market share, establish a successful business where people are always happy to return. I will use the theoretical knowledge acquired by study at the faculty of Business and Management, different methods and consult with experts in this field.

Hydrological drought and surface water quality as research education on grammar school

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of hydrological drought and water quality in the school environment. The goal of the thesis is to create a worksheet using research-oriented teaching, on the above-mentioned topics. In the theoretical part, from the available professional and popular science sources, it characterizes both professional and didactic issues with the help of research. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis serves as a basis for creating a worksheet. In the practical part, with the help of a worksheet, it increases students' awareness of hydrological drought and surface water quality. Coexistence of plant species in fragmented landscape

Semi-natural grasslands are hotspots of biodiversity in the present-day landscape. The thesis focuses on various effects and processes affecting plant species coexistence at two different scales. At the local scale, the effects of management and fertilization were assessed in relation to abiotic gradients and species functional traits. At the landscape scale, the patch spatial configuration, land use and plant functional traits may influence species distribution. The diversity pattern in fragmented landscape is also modified according to availability of suitable patches and landscape heterogeneity.

The most common health problems for mountain bikers

Title: The most common health problems for mountain bikers. Objectives: Uncover the most common localities of health problems of mountain bikers. Find the differences in selected localities of health problems of men and women. Methods: Data were collected using questionnaires with nine questions. Data was been collected after the race mountain bikes for 50 km. The most important monitored parameters were sex and location difficulties. Results: 57 male and 33 female randomly selected recreational cyclists responded to questionnaire. The most common anatomical sites for overuse injury/complaints reported by the male and female cyclists combined were the neck (22,23 %), followed by back (14,44 %), small of the back (13,33 %) and without difficulty (10,8 %). Significant differences were observed between male and female site selection problems. List of health problems in women: neck, knees, back, smal of the back. List of health problems in men: neck, without difficulty, small of the back, back. Keywords: mountain biking, health problems

Paracetamol is an often-used medicinal substance from the group of analgetics-antipyretics. This thesis evaluates the influence of paracetamol contained in pharmaceuticals Paralen 500 tbl. and Panadol tbl., and of the paracetamol analytical standard on the environment. Three ecotoxicological tests and representatives of three trophic-level organisms were selected: a multi-generational test with the protozoan Tetrahymena pyriformis Ehr., a rapid screening test RapidtoxkitTM with the crustacean Thamnocephalus platyurus Packard and an inhibition test of the germination of Sinapis alba L. seeds. The highest tested concentration of paracetamol was 2341,67 mg/l. The tests evaluated the inhibition of the protozoan's growth; the inhibition of the crustacean's food intake, and the inhibition of seed germination in higher plants.
