Název: Nejčastější zdravotní obtíže u horských cyklistů. Cíle: Odhalit nejčastější lokality zdravotních obtíží u horských cyklistů. Vysledovat rozdíly ve zvolených lokalitách zdravotních obtíží u mužů a žen. Metody: Ke sběru dat byl využit dotazník s 9 otázkami. Data byla posbírána po závodě horských kol na 50 km. Nejdůležitějšími sledovanými parametry byly pohlaví a lokalita obtíží. Výsledky: Na dotazník odpovědělo 33 žen a 57 mužů. Nejčastějšími lokalitami zdravotních obtíží u mužů a žen dohromady byly krční páteř (22,23 %), následována bederní páteří (14,44 %), oblastí kříže (13,33 %) a dále se nejčastěji objevovalo "bez obtíží" (10,8 %). Byly pozorovány rozdíly ve výběru lokalit zdravotních obtíží u mužů a žen. Pořadí zvolených lokalit zdravotních obtíží u žen: krční páteř, kolenní klouby, bederní páteř, kříž. Pořadí zvolených lokalit zdravotních obtíží u mužů: krční páteř, bez obtíží, kříž, bederní páteř. Methods: Data were collected using questionnaires with nine questions. Data was been collected after the race mountain bikes for 50 km. The most important monitored parameters were sex and location difficulties. Results: 57 male and 33 female randomly selected recreational cyclists responded to questionnaire. The most common anatomical sites for overuse injury/complaints reported by the male and female cyclists combined were the neck (22,23 %), followed by back (14,44 %), small of the back (13,33 %) and without difficulty (10,8 %). Significant differences were observed between male and female site selection problems. List of health problems in women: neck, knees, back, smal of the back.
