Data storage architecture for manufacturing processes

The aim of the thesis is to develop a concept of an information system for collecting and processing data from an industrial process, which will be a part of a complex monitoring system as a whole chain from the sensor to the information system. The thesis briefly describes decision making process of a HMI device selection – Weintek cMT-SVR-100 visualization server, which is able to transfer data acquired from PLC’s via Modbus TCP over Ethernet to a remote MySQL database in the internet. Its main properties and output data structure was described. The thesis presents data and process model of the database and a web application design as a user interface. The web app allows users to access the system via general web browser at any platform and/or device. The thesis also presents testing of the system and its results.

Modernization of educational exercises of the course Logical circuits and systems

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an asynchronous serial receiver/transmitter and its implementation into the FPGA. The design will be used as a laboratory exercise in the course "Logical circuit and systems". This paper contains a description of the features of serial communication interface UART. The thesis includes the final design of an asynchronous serial receiver/transmitter and the simulation outputs of particular parts. The final design of UART will be used as a communication interface for music playback by the programmable multichannel sound generator. Design of the programmable multichannel sound generator is not a part of this thesis, but it has been taken from another bachelor thesis.

Software for Regularity Racing

The main goal of this master‘s thesis was to create software solution suitable for measuring and results processing of regularity rally races and to create supplementary web application. The measuring application was created using integrated development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and c# programming language. For application to work correctly, it was necessary to create a database model, using MySQL relational database management system. The measuring application can work both with local and remote database server. Web application allows user to see various data including results of racing events or tournaments, data are being fetched from the MySQL database. There was an option to explore existing circuit racing software Vola Timing Circuit – Pro for inspiration.

Mobile Based Data Acquisition and Anomaly Detection

The work deals with the implementation of the specific architecture to detect anomalies in the classroom or in commercial use. The system consists of three parts: Measurement module, mobile applications and server part. Transmission between the measuring module of the server and the evaluation is carried out simultaneously with the visuals on the mobile device. All system components are implemented with the minimum cost and maximum expandability. All the necessary computing power is concentrated in the server part because of usability with multiple simultaneously operating mobile clients. Emphasis is placed on the solution architecture and the possibility of using the system as a whole, or selected portions separately. Finally, experiments are designed for the presentation of selected methods for anomaly detection.

Sběr a zpracování dat při měření LED modulů předních světlometů

The aim of this is devise a file of measured parameters for LED Module Check device which is using for measurement of headlamps LED modules and for following generating reports of measurements. At the beginning of the thesis is described LED Module Check functionality and LED parameters to following up. In the following section is decribed main class written in C# language, own measured values and their interpretation to XML format. Finally, are introduced tools for making and adjustment documents and conversion to PDF format.
