The influence of postural ontogenesis on morphological development of trunk
Hladíková, Veronika ; Kobesová, Alena (advisor) ; Šafářová, Marcela (referee)
This bachelor thesis engages in an influence of postural ontogenesis on formation of anatomical structures of trunk. Postural ontogenesis depends on maturation of the central nervous system, which stimulates automatic, accurately timed recruitment of muscles to posture. At the same time with postural muscle activation, morphogenesis of the skeleton is finishing. As a consequence of abnormal motor development, there are deviations in bone shape and in setting of joints. The thesis is focused on the description of a morphological development of spinal curves, thorax and abdominal wall. The development of cervical lordosis and the shape of the upper part of thorax is linked to the development of motor functions of upper limbs. The significant milestone is an ability to lift and hold head above the surface in prone position. The development of lumbar lordosis and the shape of the lower part of thorax is determined by motor functions of lower limbs, which are firstly manifested by lifting lower limbs in supine position. The development of sitting, stance and gait plays a crucial role. The development of abdominal wall is assessed by presence, or rather absence of diastasis recti abdominis, which is related to the quality of muscle coordination in this area. Practical part of the thesis devotes to...
Minimal coverings of pairs by triples
Hladíková, Veronika ; Krump, Lukáš (advisor) ; Kazda, Alexandr (referee)
In this thesis we deal with solving a combinatorics problem of finding the minimal covering of pairs by triples for a fixed finite set. We will show what is the minimal size of these coverings and more ways how to construct them. Second part of the thesis is a description of the attached program, which generates a minimal covering for a given set. 1
The evaluation of adaptation of the vestibulo-ocular reflex in patients after vestibular schwannoma surgery
Hladíková, Veronika ; Čakrt, Ondřej (advisor) ; Jeřábek, Jaroslav (referee)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the vestibulo-ocular reflex in patients indicated for neurosurgical resection of vestibular schwannoma, executed at the Motol University Hospital. To evaluate the function of the vestibulo-ocular reflex, three types of clinical examinations were used. In periods before the surgery, early after the surgery and before leaving the hospital we monitored the patients' ability to perceive subjective visual vertical, which reflects tonic function of otolith organs. Before the surgery we also tested relative dynamic visual acuity during passive isolated head movements in the transversal plane, whose impairment is related to dysfunction of lateral semicircular canals. Furthermore, we obtained patients' preoperative values achieved in caloric reflex test. In the early postoperative period, bordered by the first day after the vestibular schwannoma surgery and the last day of the hospitalization, patients underwent specialized vestibular rehabilitation. Based on statistical analysis of acquired data, we found out that in some patients there was a lesion of the vestibulo-ocular reflex already before the surgery and moreover, there was a correlation between dysfunction of translational and rotational parts of the vestibulo-ocular reflex. Although variance of subjective...

Fidler, Josef ; Vítek, Leoš (advisor) ; Hladíková, Veronika (referee)
The purpose of this work is to describe the current state of tax system in the Netherlands. This system is interesting because it combines elements of high progressive taxation of income of individuals with large tax savings for a holding company based in the Netherlands. The paper describes the design of income tax of individuals and legal persons in the Netherlands and compares them with the Czech legislation. Description of these two taxes is held according to design of tax in this order: subject of tax, object of tax, expenditures, tax base, deductions from the tax base, tax rate, tax credits, tax collection and administration. Further, there are also described other taxes of tax mix of the Netherlands. The Dutch tax system in comparison with the Czech is characteristic of higher clarity. This is due to the reduced number of exclusions and exemptions from the subject of taxes and greater harmonization of tax rates in individual Boxes. This creates a basis for effective administration and tax collection, thereby reducing opportunities not only for tax evasion, but tax avoidance.
