Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to Its Improvement

This thesis describes the financial situation of company fortell s.r.o. in the years of 2008–2012 and identifies the weaknesses. The financial and strategic analysis was used. The company values are compared with the recommended results and averages in the same area. Included in the thesis are suggestions and recommendations which could lead to better financial health of the company.
Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Třeboňsko Tourist Area)

The thesis examines the factors which influence the satisfaction of the visitors in the touristic area Třeboňsko. It investigates the quality and quantity of primary and secondary supply of tourism is perceived in term of demand. This work is based on a survey through questionnaires. The questionnaire was prepared by the South Bohemia touristic centre. All of the 294 questionnaires were collected through August 2019 in the most visited sights in Třeboňsko. Two hundred and fifty - two of them were fulfilled by Czech tourists and forty - two of them by foreigners. Nevertheless, the questionnaires are also focused on the whole region of South Bohemia and on comparing there two locations. This comparasion take place during the same time intervals. In conclusion, the outcome of this work is indicates certain measures leading to satisfaction improvement for the tourists. Our measures we can recommend to the South Bohemia touristic centre.
Watching medical dramas by professonal medical stuff

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse watching medical dramas by professional medical stuff. This thesis is composed of eight chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of medical dramas and audiences. Chapter one is introductory describes the influence of media on society. Chapter two is focused on the relation of media and audience. The chapter consists of five parts. Part one focuses on the definition of audience. Part two talks about randomly and purposely aggregated audiences. Part three addresses the issue of communication activity of audience. Part four investigates the relation between media and audiences. Part five describes four stadiums of evolution of audience. Chapter three is subdivided into four parts and characterizes analytical approaches to audience and analysis of audience. Part one looks at behavioural structural approach. Part two focuses on structural approach. Part three talks about cultural approach. Part four focuses on analysis of audience. Chapter four concentrates on the topic of fandom. This chapter is divided into six parts. In the first one I talk about fans in basic. The second part defines the term "fan" and third part defines "fandom". Benefits and difficulties associated with the profession of peer workers in mental health field

The ongoing process of mental health reform in the Czech Republic brings transformation of services provided for people with mental illness. Considering the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the involvement of care users in decision-making in both policy and service delivery is also becoming the point of interest. One form of participation of users with their own experience of mental illness in ongoing changes is to employ them as peer workers. The thesis deals with the view of peer workers employed in mental health field on the profits and difficulties associated with their profession and how peers perceive the impact of their employment on their path of recovery. The theoretical part describes the concept of recovery, explains the development and basic principles of peer support and peer jobs in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the development of services for people with mental illness is described from institutional care to community services. Then the development of psychiatric services in the Czech Republic is explained. First year of single mothers after leaving a shelter

This bachelor thesis focuses on situation of single mothers in the context of social work. It describes changes in family behavior after 1989 and defines the concept of single parenthood. This work concentrates on women, because in the majority of cases females are the head of single parent families. Single mothers represent a vulnerable group with specific needs. This work defines the most important risks connected with this status such as poverty, social isolation, psychological stress, problems with harmonization of family and work life, unemployment etc. When the additional threat joins to the difficult life situation of single mothers, it can lead to the need to seek a support in the shelter. This thesis also introduces social services offered for lone-parents and decribes a shelter as a social service. The goal of the practical section is to find out how single mothers deal with risks associated with single parenthood during the first year after leaving a shelter and how they judge benefits and disadvantages of their stay in a shelter. 1 ABSTRACT The purpose of my thesis is to analyse eating disorders. The main aim of my research is the transformation of the perception of their own body by girls during the adolescence. This thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of eating disorders and the perception of girl's body. Chapter one is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis: the causes of eating disorders, the risk interests and jobs for eating disorders, social and cultural factors. Passage of life in the light of rituals of parenthood and partnership in present young family

This graduation thesis tries to define positive notion of the ritual in the family life. The work consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we try to suggest positive psychological role of ritual. Psychology often considers ritual as a phenomenon which is related to the obsession. Current psychological literature perceives ritual in the positive way - as a pattern of 8pccific bchnvior which is oftcn rcpcnted in the time and which has a fundamental emotional effect. Ritual can be indivual or collective, it can be ritual which is performed every day, in ordinary situations or it can be transitional ritual which plays an important role during the times of crises or changes. Rituals and their emotional experiences have a big effect on individua! and/ or family. ln the empirical part of our thesis we try to define the ritual of parents and the ritual of partners or married couple. We interviewed nine married couples in the age of 23-34 which have at least one baby. Our aim was to identify the role of the family ritual in young families. The family rituals, especially transitional, are rendered in the family traditions but the "ordinary" partner or parental rituals are very individua!.
