Účelem mé práce je analyzovat poruchy příjmu potravy. Hlavním cílem mého výzkumu je transformace vnímání vlastního těla u dívek ve věku adolescence. Tato práce se skládá ze sedmi kapitol. Každá z nich pojednává o jiných aspektech poruch příjmu potravy a vnímání těla dívky. První úvodní kapitola pojednává o poruchách příjmu potravy a jejich příčinách, riskantních zájmech a zaměstnáních pro vznik poruchy příjmu potravy, o sociální a kulturních faktorech nemocí. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na mentální anorexii. Tato kapitola se skládá ze sedmi částí. První podkapitola se zaměřuje na klinický průběh nemoci. Druhá část pojednává o symptomech nemoci. Tématem třetí části jsou spouštěcí faktory nemoci. Čtvrtá podkapitola rozebírá rané počátky mentální anorexie. Pátá část se soustředí na první příznaky. Šestá podkapitola popisuje pět stádií chování nemocného. Sedmá část pojednává o specifikách léčby mentální anorexie. Třetí kapitola je členěna na tři podkapitoly a charakterizuje mentální bulimii. První podkapitola se zaměřuje na diagnostická kritéria nemoci. Druhá podkapitola se soustředí na záchvatovité přejídání a mechanismy, které ho spouští. Třetí část pojednává o psychických a společenských důsledcích mentální bulimie. Čtvrtá kapitola se soustředí na léčbu poruch příjmu potravy. Tato kapitola je... 1 ABSTRACT The purpose of my thesis is to analyse eating disorders. The main aim of my research is the transformation of the perception of their own body by girls during the adolescence. This thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of eating disorders and the perception of girl's body. Chapter one is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis: the causes of eating disorders, the risk interests and jobs for eating disorders, social and cultural factors. Chapter two is focused on anorexia nervosa. The chapter consists of seven parts. Part one focuses on clinical outline of the disorder. Part two talks about symptoms of the disease. Part three addresses the issue of starting factors of the illness. Part four investigates early beginning of anorexia nervosa. Part five focuses on first symptoms. Part six describes five stadiums of behaviour of the patient. Part seven talks about specifics of the treatment of anorexia nervosa. Chapter three is subdivided into free parts and characterizes bulimia nervosa. Part one looks at diagnostic criteria of the disease.
