Human resources methods analysis in engineering company

Aim of this bachelor thesis is to make analysis of human resources activities in company SPG Czech,s.r.o. which produces machines. Thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part human resources activities are described: work analysis, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, managing the job performance and evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, rewarding of the employees and care of the employees. Based on interview with personnel manager and gained internal documents, in practical part there is mentioned how the company performs each human resources activities. Finally, possible recommendations are suggested which should lead to improving quality of human resources management in the company.

My thesis discusses how Plastik HT a. s., a plastics manufacturing company in the western part of the Czech Republic, attempts to educate and develop its employees. My thesis is aimed at assessing the education and development system in the company Plastik HT a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part reviews theories of education and development methods and forms, new education trends (concretely E-learning), the impact of the recession on human resources and also needs identification of education and employees planning. This first part is also engaged in employee development and situation comparison in Czech employees' education versus other countries. The second part focuses on practical questions and describes the education and development of the company Plastik HT a. s. This part is especially engaged in the system of education and development in the company. We can read about basic company information such as history, products and corporate purpose. We can also read about the strategy in the human resources sphere and the organizational culture. This second part then discribes financial resources that the company invests in their employees and also in the project of getting grants from European funds for employees education. The second part of the thesis contains an analysis of the education and development of Plastik HT a. s. employees. In the conclusion, an evaluation of the situation in the company is presented including suggestions for improving finding weaknesses.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with a modern theory of human resources in a company. It's focused mainly on the motivation of empolyees, as a very important part of human resources process, and factors of motivation such as instruments leading to satisfaction of employees and success of the company. The theory engages with a description of human resources activities, a defination of the motivation, motivation resources and motivation factors in the business world. In the practical part I analyse the motivation of employees in the AXA company, who became a favourite employer of a young generation. The main object of my thesis is to identify the interest in this job. And there is another object to analyse how to keep a loyality of AXAs' employees.

Hlavnou úlohou je potvrdiť nezastupiteľnú funkciu sociálneho rozvoja zamestnancov a poukázať na skutočnosť, že zamestnanci vyžadujú od svojho zamestnávateľa benefity.Ťažiskom práce je analýza výsledkov prieskumu poukazujúcich na zamestnancami využívané benefity a poskytované podnikové vzdelávanie. V závere práce sú vyhodnotené stanovené predpoklady a odporúčania ako zlepšiť kvalitu podnikového vzdelávania a poskytovaných zamestnaneckých výhod.

This bachelor degree thesis is concerned with security for accounts receivable in association with accounting. The introductory part explains the origin, functions and principles of accounts receivable, shows the necessity of their competent managment and evaluation in middle and large companies and describes modes of debt representation in accounting. The fundamental part of this thesis analyses and gives details of several options for securing againts risks associated with accounts receivable ownership. It describes in sum twenty methods and instruments and in the light of their specific characteristic shows their possibilities of securing for a different types of risk.
Agenda and campaigns focused on Occupational Safety and Health

The thesis clarify the reasons of program construction and introduction of campaigns focused on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). On the basis of work accident rate statistics, conducted researches and investigation we have found out, considering OSH issues, that it is essential to change attitudes, approaches and thinking of the public, company management and employees. The status quo shows that people do not approve OSH issues. They take them as a burden. At this point it is impossible to reduce the number of work accidents and cases of occupational desease. Furthermore, it is impossible to achieve natural development of high-quality work culture and ease. The thesis also deal with prospective devices which could solve the current situation. These devices are mainly edification and OSH promotion. Again via researches and investigation it is being found out which specific tools of edification and promotion are the most effective ones in terms of content aspect. One part of the theory of these thesis is historical view on the process of work safety from the first extant evidence till the post-war situation in Czechoslovakia. Edification and campaigns where programs and campaigns are part of that, start from general marketing principles and directly, creation and introduction of campaigns is the matter of social marketing. That is why a part of the theory is focused on marketing principles which can be used when edifying and promoting OSH and also focused directly on social marketing and social advertising. One of the chapters specifies the process of implementation of campaigns focused on OSH. Concretely, it defines target groups, available tools and devices, planning, designation of campaign partners, principles of implementation and in conclusion it analyses how to assess the campaign and methods of getting feedback after the campaign. To demonstrate that, in the thesis there are described current campaigns focused on OSH issues in the Czech Republic and also cooperating with the European Union. The countries of the European Union have OSH at very high level and because our country is a part of this community, it is almost a duty to make the best of experience of these countries and to cooperate with them. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the attitude of the mentioned countries toward the issue.

Praktická část se nejdříve zabývá představením společnosti Tesco Stores a jejím postavením na trhu. Pokračuje popisem a zhodnocením nabídky benefitů ve firmě. Závěrečná empirická část mapuje postoje a preference zaměstnanců Tesco Stores na základě dotazníkového šetření.
