Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu personální práce ve společnosti SPG Czech, s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou strojů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé personální činnosti: analýza práce, získávání a výběr pracovníků, přijímání a adaptace pracovníků, řízení pracovního výkonu a hodnocení pracovníků, vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků, odměňování pracovníků a péče o zaměstnance. Na základě rozhovoru s personalistkou a poskytnutých interních dokumentů je v praktické části uvedeno, jak společnost zajišťuje jednotlivé personální činnosti a v závěrečné části jsou navržena možná opatření, která by mohla vést ke zkvalitnění personální práce ve společnosti. Aim of this bachelor thesis is to make analysis of human resources activities in company SPG Czech,s.r.o. which produces machines. Thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part human resources activities are described: work analysis, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, managing the job performance and evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, rewarding of the employees and care of the employees. Based on interview with personnel manager and gained internal documents, in practical part there is mentioned how the company performs each human resources activities. Finally, possible recommendations are suggested which should lead to improving quality of human resources management in the company.
