The goal is to determine whether it is nowadays a lucrative business to provide health and social care in this way. In terms of specificity of health care, the thesis includes both a detailed analysis of current state of the health care market and the theoretical knowledge of legislative and legal regulations associated with the establishment of home care agency.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze customer´s satisfaction of bowling centers in Uherske Hradiste and for one of them propose the measures for its improvement. The teoretical part if focused on possibilities of marketing research whose results will be analyzed in practical part. On the basis of obtained informations there will be propose suggestions and measures which will lead to general increase of customer´s satisfaction with provided services and to increasing company´s earnings.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunikační mix vybrané události (eventu). Touto událostí je “Festival otevřených sklepů”, pořádaný neziskovou organizací Nadace Partnerství, o.p.s. ve městě Znojmě v dubnu 2010. Cílem práce je kriticky analyzovat stávající komunikační mix, předložit návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu. Přínosem diplomové práce, po případné implementaci závěrů, by mělo být zvýšení návštěvnosti následujícího “Festivalu otevřených sklepů” na podzim roku 2010.

Strategy contains proposal of steps which could help to acquire new customers and keep recent customers. The diploma thesis also contains summary of information about the target population usable by Telefónica O2 for further analysis.

This thesis deals with analysis and possibilities of improvements in the area of customer relationship management in a company. There is a theoretical framework regarding customer relationship management and CRM systems including their implementation. The thesis includes analysis of current state of CRM in a concrete company and a proposal of a new CRM system implementation schedule based on the analysis. Finally, there is a discussion of benefits of the proposed project and author's proposals heading to improvements of CRM in the company.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of an introduction of a concrete company on the new market in the field of industrial markets (B2B). The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the issue of marketing plan creation and defines the relations, the process of creation and applicable methods. In the analytical part of the thesis the theoretical results are applied on the company MCAE Systems Ltd, which wants to offer their product on the casting market. The proposal part of the thesis proposes a possible process of penetration to the casting market.
