Utilization of bees products in cosmetics
Kobza, Martin ; Bednář, Michal (referee) ; Zemanová, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of utilization of bees products in cosmetics. The aim of this thesis was to elaborate a literature review focused on individual bee products, their properties and their utilization in cosmetics. Honey, beeswax, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, apisin are said to be the bee products. Properties, utilization, determination of kvalitative properties and aplication into cosmetic products of individual bee products are mentioned in this thesis. Beeswax is used in production of lipsticks, creams and for basis of smears (oily creams). Royal jelly is aplicated into lotions, face masks, lipsticks, night creams, hair waters, hydration preparations etc. Honey is used for preparation of shower gels, soaps, body milks, hydration creams. Propolis is added into creams, body milks, body lotions, shampoos, lipsticks, soaps and mouth sprays. Pollen has significant content of vitamins, aminoacids and other substances in nature form for cosmetics. These substances are important for nutrition, regeneration and hydration of skin. Apisin is used in pharmacologic preparations, like healing creams and smears.
Subchannel analysis of VVER-100 reactor core
Bednář, Michal ; Petrosyan, Taron (referee) ; Katovský, Karel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with boiling crisis and with departure from nucleate boiling ratio. This thesis explains terms like the boiling crisis in nuclear reactors and the thesis deals with individual parameters of the reactor core, which have an impact on departure from nucleate boiling ratio. After that, the thesis deals with subchannel analysis and describes basic mathematical and physical models of the chosen subchannel program. The thesis then processes, with the ALTHAMC12 subchannel program, the chosen parameters and their impact on departure from nucleate boiling ratio. The conclusion of the diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the best and worst calculated combination.
The structure of a sport hall
Bednár, Michal ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and assess the structural design of a timber multipurpose sport hall. The location of the proposed construction is located in Hodonín. The design of dimensions of the structure are 36 m x 55 m and a height of 10.8 m. The main beams are full-walled arch frames made of glued laminated wood. From a static point of view, this is a double-articular frame. The construction consists of a lumber of laminated wood, and steel fasteners. The stability in the longitudinal direction is secured by bonded laminated wood purging, and by steel transverse stiffeners. The bottom construction of the structure is solved by means of concrete feet into which it is anchored. The gages are made of grown wood, made up of columns and chils.
Departure from nucleate boiling in nuclear reactors
Bednář, Michal ; Števanka, Kamil (referee) ; Foral, Štěpán (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problem of boiling crisis in nuclear reactors and how this problem influences working od nuclear reactor. This thesis is focused on power water reactors, with focus on VVER 1000 reactor type, which fuel assembly is described in this thesis in more detail. In this thesis there are described terms related to boiling crisis and two-phase flow regimes. In the last part, the thesis is dedicated to the correlations for the critical condition and individual correlations are compared.

ABSTRACT The task was to design and assess the supporting structure of the lookout tower. Material steel and wood. The lookout tower is 27.22 m high and decreases in height from the base of the srka. Construction system with continuous columns and horizontal reinforcement.
Food supplements and nutrition of performance and professional cyclists
Bednář, Michal ; Šafránek, Jiří (advisor) ; Polášková, Marcela (referee)
Title of the thesis: Food supplements and nutrition and performance of professional cyclists The goal of the paper: The aim of my work is to determine differences in the useing of dietary supplements and performance by professional cyclists. I also find out how different are the twosupplementation groups monitored before, during and after exercise. I focused on it also which marks of supplements by professional cyclist and cyclist who prefer performance. Of course I did not neglect to compare the groups surveyed drinks. Methodology: The data I obtained through a questionnaire that I circulated by an e-mail over the Internet. With some athletes I regularly meet in person, that I used for directly answering a questionnaire. The questionnaire used was clear and simple questions. The questionnaire is given below in the Annex. Most of the respondents interviewed were male and the age range was wide. Results: The results show that the greatest differences between groups of respondents are insupplementation before, during and after exercise. Differences are also in used the labeling of dietary suplements. Professional cyclists gather information about supplements from sources other than performance cyclists. Professional cyclists are mostly used by councils traper or learn from the experience of thein team...
Analysis of sporting career of members of the cyclo-cross youth center Tabor
Bednář, Michal ; Šafránek, Jiří (advisor) ; Henke, Svatopluk (referee)
Title: Analysis of sporting career of members of the cyclo-cross youth center Tábor Objectivess: The aim of my thesis is to find out what are the most common causes of the exodus of young children from SCM Tabor and to suggest how to prevent premature termination of a career. Methods: I used a systematic opinion poll asking as the main research method for data collection, using open and closed questions. For purpose of research sample, 27 cyclist were included as an active and inactive respondents from SCM Tabor. All respondents were male with the age range between 14-33 years old. I was sending out questionnaires via e-mail or I have met concerned respondents in person. Based on the answers I came up with results and I converted them into text and graphs in the thesis. Results: The results showed that most of young cyclists career end due to loss of motivation for training and for improving performance, thus responded 10 respondents, 45%. Six respondents, 27% of the total, pointed out as the reason for termination the failure in their sport career. Another two had as a reason to end financial problems in the family, furthermore one pointed out injury as a reason. Six parents of respondents had no sport history and three of them rather did not want their child to be a cyclist. For 26% of the...
Electeophysiological response of the central nervous system to prolonged visual stimulation in migraine
Bednář, Michal ; Kubová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Kraus, Josef (referee) ; Kadaňka, Zdeněk (referee)
Electrophysiological response of the central nervous system to prolonged visual stimulation in migraine Migraine is a paroxysmal disorder with complex symptoms (prodromal stage (aura), headache phase, post-paroxysmal phase) by nature it is primarily a dysfunction of the central nervous system with the absence of structural changes discernible on routine neuroradiological imaging. A part of the so far elusive pathophysiology of migraine, is the abnormal central processing of sensory information that has both clinical (in visual perception i.e. photophobia) as well as electrophysiological correlates. In the last three decades, the development of fundamental research in the neurophysiology of central neurogenic dysfunction in migraines (where visual evoked potentials VEP play a pivotal role), has been accompanied by numerous debates on the contradictory findings suggestive of cortical hyperexcitability or hypoexcitability. In order to unify the concept, it would be appropriate to refer to migraineurs as having cortical hyper-responsibility, which implies an increased sensitivity to facilitatory or inhibitory stimuli. The discrepancies in electrophysiology findings gradually grew in number and a significance towards a migraine specific electrophysiological abnormality emerged - a deficit in decrement amplitude...
