Bifunctional BODIPY for optical labelling of biomolecules
Bartoň, Jan ; Kotek, Jan (advisor) ; Henke, Petr (referee)
The water-soluble derivate of BODIPY was prepared, which will be further modified in order to prepare bioorthogonal bifunctional BODIPY. Target application of this derivate is fluorescent probe for labelling of biomolecules. Main goals of this thesis were optimalization of synthesis of BODIPY core and sulfonation to positions 2,6. It was found out that sodium salt of sulfonated BODIPY shows good solublility in water and methanol, but it is poorly soluble in less polar solvents. Based on these findings DIPEA salt of sulfonated BODIPY was prepared, which shows outstanding range of solubility from water to dichlormethane. These findings will be used for synthesis of bifunctional water- soluble BODIPY. Further, the potential of Pd-BODIPY complex for detection of CO was reasserted which will be further investigated. Keywords BODIPY, bifunctional, water-soluble, fluorescent probe, fluorescence, protein labelling, solubilization
System Proposal for the Use of Low-potential Heat
Kučera, Roman ; Bartoň, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of a low-potential heat from the energetics point of view. It also deals with the sources and subsequent use of the low-potential heat. First of all, the thesis mentions the origin of these sources and also describes where they can be found. Also the technologies, that are able to utilize this heat, like heat pumps and solar collectors, are mentioned in this part of the thesis. In its next part, the bachelor thesis deals with use of the waste heat for heating and production of electrical energy. In the last part, the thesis presents the project that introduces a specific concept of the system for object heating from the waste heat.
Legal regulations on collective investing with a view to the role of bank as a depositary
Barton, Jan ; Kotáb, Petr (referee) ; Kohajda, Michael (referee)
The aim of the master thesis (Legal regulations on collective investing with a view to the role of bank as a depositary) is to analyze contemporary situation of collective investment in European and national context in the light of recent developments and trends in the world financial markets. The main purpose to pursue this subject matter and also the reason why this master thesis has been written is to obtain a clear overview of all regulations and principles (not merely at statutory level) which might affect the activities connected with founding, operation and investment decisions of UCITS and non-UCITS collective investment entities. Second part of the thesis, after the introduction, describes shortly the historical roots of collective investing, followed by a separate subchapter covering the general principle of collective investing through which all other parts of the thesis are knotted together. Third part provides a short structuring of the collective investment entities from a legal point of view, taking into account different characteristics of corporate entities engaged. Also diverse investment strategies and the increasing importance of collective investing within financial market's intermediary functions are mentioned hereby. Fourth part is consequently devoted to the pure description of...

Measurement of precise capacitance decade in environmental chamber
Schinneck, Jakub ; Bartoň, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the control capacitance decade in a climatic chamber. The theoretical part introduces a capacitance decade M525 of the MEATEST company and the program Caliber of the same company. It introduces the methods of capacitance measurement. In the bachelor’s thesis there is the calculation of the uncertainty of measuring devices. On the basis of the lowest uncertainty, we choose the most suitable measuring device. The practical part describes the measuring with the use of prepared procedure for verification of the capacitance of programmable decade. The last part contains the evaluation of the measurement results and their comparison with the manufacturer's specifications.
Process Calibrator M143 - Climatic Testing
Dojava, Václav ; Bartoň, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
Subject of the bachelor thesis are the climatic testing of the M143 calibrator. Theoretical section of the thesis is concerned with the analysis and description of the norms used during climatic tests of electronic devices. Thesis then continues by describing properties and functions of the M143 calibrator and the Caliber programme, which is performing automated measurement during the climatic tests, on the basis of the designed calibration procedure. Practical section of the thesis describes the designed testing points and climatic conditions, which are adjusted during the testing. In this section the testing points are implemented to the Caliber programme. Last section contains the analysis and evaluation of the measured data gained during the climatic testing. From these measured data, we are to determine, whether the M143 calibrator is within the specifications stated by the manufacturer in different climatic conditions.
Program for Training of Dactyloscopic Experts
Bartoň, Jan ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Lodrová, Dana (advisor)
This work deals with the design project and the creation of user interface of a programme for the training of dactyloscopy experts. The first chapters describe historical and technical evolution of dactyloscopy. Then the work explains the methods and concepts necessary for understanding and elemental orientations in determination of fingerprints. The final chapters present a proposition of possibilities in how to obtain and represent the results in a comprehensible form. The conclusion of the work is dedicated to tests and evaluation of the results.
Entrepreneurial Project
Bartoň, Jan ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The theoretical part of this master’s thesis introduces to the reader problems of production management tools, and optimization of the manufacturing process. It explains basic concepts, principles and methods that has aim to clarify systems and methods used in the practical part to the reader. The practical part describes the implementation of these methods and optimization of specific part of the manufacturing process. The result of optimization is evaluated from the perspective of time and finance.
Computer Network Design
Bartoň, Jan ; Kavan, Jiří (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the customer's computer network and his requirements. Then the changes and the way of their realization were proposed. Project Financing of Investment Projects in the field of Renewable Energy Resources
Karnetová, Lucie ; Fotr, Jiří (advisor) ; Barton, Jan (referee)
My thesis is focused on Project Financing of Investment Projects in the field of Renewable Energy Resources. The theoretical section, see Chapter Two, characterises the nature of project financing, parties, principles for successful project financing, types of capital invested in projects and their resources, risks, guarantees and securities. The practical (third) part of the thesis is oriented to specifics of project financing of Renewable Energy Resources. First of all principles for the assessment both of project bearers and projects in terms of quality are specified. Furthermore, principals for the assessment of financial terms of projects are given. The fourth and concurrently the final Chapter analyses a particular project in the field of renewable energy resources mostly from the financial point of view.
