Subject of the bachelor thesis „Marketing mix of the company DOG production“ deals with the analysis of individual instruments of marketing mix and suggestion of suitable recommendations and improvements based on the analysis. The thesis consists of three major parts. The theoretical part analyses basic terms of marketing. The practical part focuses on analysis of the company DOG production s.r.o., its mission, undertakes the analysis of individual instruments of marketing mix, specification of relevant market where the company is operating and defines an international market where it is going to operate. My bachelor thesis is aimed at defining the right marketing decision-making on ground of results of the company analysis.

The purpose is proposal business plan for project Vrakotechna.cz and successful launch of new intermediary services on the market. The thesis contains a theoretical part, an analysis of the current state and proposal business plan. The theoretical part discusses the basic terms related to business plans. The analytical part focuses on introduction of the company, its mission, analysis of the market, where the company operates and also includes an analysis of target customer, the company surroundings, competition and SWOT analysis. The aim is to proposal a business plan, particularly marketing and financial plan.

Criminological aspects of domestic violence and their impact on the victim Abstract This thesis provides the reader with an insight into the issue of domestic violence and its current forms. Currently, this phenomenon is receiving more and more attention, both from politicians and from non-profit organizations existing to provide assistance to victims. In the light of the above, the aim of this paper was to describe this phenomenon in terms of its impact on victims of domestic violence and the possibilities of using de lege lata to protect them, and then to offer possible solutions to some of the problems with a focus on the future, i.e. de lege ferenda. In its introductory chapters, the thesis provides a comprehensive description of the course of domestic violence and what forms it can take. It then focuses on describing the victims, among whom it lists mainly women, but also men, children and the elderly. It then shifts its attention to the typology of perpetrators and various criminological theories regarding their psychology and character. The criminological section is followed by a section on legal protection options. First of all, the thesis enumerates the instruments that exist and are frequently used in the Czech legal system. The use of conserved microsatellite locus for the study of the population structure of afromontain birds

The Sky islands are alpine habitats that are geographically separated by the surrounding lowlands. These dynamic systems affect species distribution and population structure. They are also generators of diversity with a high degree of endemism and offer considerable potential to explore how different evolutionary processes lead to species formation. This work was focused on the analysis of the population structure of six species of songbirds living on the Sky islands of the Cameroon volcanic line. Conservative microsatellite loci were used for this analysis. I tested 17 conservative loci, each of them was amplified in at least 4 species. Reduced polymorphism is unlikely affected by genetic distance, but by phenomena such as genetic bottleneck, founder effect, or long-term inbreeding. Despite the higher incidence of null alleles and lower locus variability, I was able to use the data in population studies. Among the populations of endemic species Cyanomitra oritis and Arizelocichla tephrolaema, I detected an increase in genetic differentiation and near- zero gene flow between the sky islands. Conversely, species with wide distribution of Cinnyris reichenowi and Linurgus olivaceus showed extensive gene flow between sky islands.
