Using Experiential learning in work with drug addicted youth

This dissertation deals with the use of experiential learning in the work with drug-addicted youth. Theoretical part of my dissertation defines concept of experience, experiential learning and therapeutic community. In the practical part I firstly map organizations in the Czech Republic, which are working with drug-addicted youth, using experiential learning. Then, secondly, in two already mentioned organizations I am undertaking interviews with therapists and clients, recognizing the benefits they find in the experiential programs.

Implementation of a new IS in a company

Project management is justifiable where specific plan for each contract is required. The implementation of tailored-made information system to the customer also represents this kind of contract. The cooperation with system integrator company Benchcom, s.r.o. was established for the purpose of this thesis. The company operates in the Czech Republic for 14 years and although it offers high-quality products, often contends with difficulties and time shifts in their implementation.
The first theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to project management in terms
of its history, international standards and its using in general. In subsequent chapters are described all phases of the project, including very important topic of risk management
in projects. The ERP are specified, categorized and the process of their implementation including their evaluation is described in these chapters.
In the practical part of this thesis the system integrator and the customer who implemented the information system are characterized in detail. Important milestones
in the project are: project approval and functional specification, implementation, interface settings, testing, staff training, pilot operation and the actual operation. In conclusion,
the weaknesses in project management in Benchcom company are identified and described. Based on the evaluation of the project implementation the optimization of project guideline is designed.

Vliv požívání vína na lidský organismus

You have got into your hands a bachelor thesis about impact of usage wine to the human organism. It is focused how wine consumption is influencing the human health, mainly what are effects of alcohol contained in the wine. The first part summarizes the general findings about the wine and what all substances are located in and briefly describing production and distinguishing of wine. I deal here wine history, the usage of wine for medicine and legislative purposes. In the second half of the thesis contain information obtained from collected sources, what include articles, scientist studies and researches dealing with this problematic. There is information about heart diseases, cancer and other diseases that may have a connection to using of wine. Mentioned are also the French paradox and the effects of discussed substance to Resveratrol.

Leisure Activities in the Institutions for Institutional and Protective Education in South Bohemian Region

I devided the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis called Leisure Activities in Facilities for Institutional and Protective Education in South Bohemian Region into five main chapters. First I briefly describe the concepts of special education and ethopedy that institutional and protective education deal with. The first chapter deals with the conditions under which children can get into the facilities. In the second chapter, there is a description of all kinds of facilities for institutional and protective care. The third chapter deals with the general description of behavioral disorders, causes a brief rundown of individual and selected the most common behavioral disorders. The fourth chapter is devoted to the concept of leisure, factors influencing leisure. For quality research, I chose the form of semi-structured interview that I realized with the facilities employees . The aim of the research part of my thesis was to find out what leisure activities facilities offer for institutional and protective education in the South Bohemian Region and how they are used by clients of those facilities. I arranged the research questions in such a way to find out what kind of leisure the facilities offer to the clients from children´s homes, children's homes with school, or in the diagnostic institute or other educational institutions, and which leisure activities are most used by clients. First, I analyzed available materials about individual devices. I used the annual reports, web pages and not least the inspection report of ČŠI of the Czech Republic. The aim of this analysis was to identify the official information about leisure activities in the surveyed facilities. Then I contacted all 11 facilities for institutional and protective education in the South Bohemian Region. I cooperated with 9 facilities. The most respondents consisted of children´s homes and further diagnostic and educational institutes. On the base of above mentioned facts, I found out that leisure activities in the facilities or outside them is very varied and depends on the location of the facility, the size of the town and its offerings, facilities and equipment at the focus of the teaching staff. The research shows that facility clients have many activities that do not use either, as the interest of today's children is short-lived. The sports activities are used most of all, because the most of facilities are well equipped for sport both in gyms and on the outdoor playground. The girls are interested in ceramics first of all. In most facilities, there is their own workshop, where the pottery is done and where there is a ceramic kiln too. The most of facilities has for children a large choise of interest groups in the facility and outside it at the beginning of the school year. Children can choose at least one activity. If a child is interested in an activity that is not in the choise, it is possible to arrange it for him/her, if there is something similar in the surroundings. The facilities try to allow children as much as it is possible and affordable. The most of the facilities pay the activity in groups and clubs six months or a year in advance which they do not like. The reason is the children are keen on the activity at the beginning but after a few months, they want to end up with an activity. They often prefer separate walks and smoking. The research also shows that the greatest interest of children coming into the facilities is undesirable peer group and related issues. Therefore, children in the facilities prefer separate walks where you can go off-campus to smoke. My bachelor thesis can serve as information material to the public and especially for students of special pedagogy. The educationalists dealing with behavioral problems could find here something useful.

Hodnocení revitalizačních opatření z hlediska rekreačního potenciálu v zájmovém regionu Třebíčsko

The subject of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of revitalization measures from the point of view of recreation potential in Třebíč region. Literature search describes issues of revitalization of water elements, recreation potential and methods that can be used for their evaluation. Next specific examples of revitalization actions are also analyzed. The model area of Herádka retention basin in Třebíč region is described here. The practical part focuses on the evaluation results of Herádka model location revitalization. In the model area recreational potential of revitalization is evaluated, factors of external and internal environment are analysed by SWOT analysis and results of questionnaire survey are assessed. Finally, possible measures to improve recreational possibilities in this area are suggested.

Comparative analysis of Czech and French constitutional regulation of the Presidency and analysis of relevant legal terminology

The primary goal of this work is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the French president has, in the contemporary constitutional framework, a stronger position than the Czech one. Its secondary goal is to define and specify the relevant terminology of this field of law. This work is divided into four chapters. The first two describe the presidential institution from three different points of view: the creation of their mandates, the mandates themselves and presidential powers. The first one discusses the situation in the Czech Republic; the second in France. The third and principal chapter of this work is dedicated to the comparison of the Czech and the French presidential institution. We compare them to the same viewpoints as described in chapters one and two. The fourth and final chapter analyses the language used in this field of French law, especially with regards to Czech translations. A non-exhaustive glossary of French-Czech vocabulary used in the work can be found at the end of this chapter. The work concludes with a French résumé.

Kvalita služeb ve fitcentru

Práce vymezuje pojmy týkající se kvality služeb, role zákazníka, popisuje Ishikawův diagram, přibližuje přístup PDCA, popisuje konkrétní fitcentrum a služby, které jsou v něm nabízeny. Práce se zabývá kvalitou poskytovaných služeb v tomto fitcentru. Na základě průzkumu mínění zákazníků hodnotí kvalitu služeb. Spokojenost zákazníků je vyjádřena procentuelně. Na základě odpovědí respondentů jsou navrženy možná zlepšení ve fitcentru.
