The impact of territorial infrastructure development on the real estate market

The diploma thesis deals with how the influence of territorial infrastructure affects the real estate market in the border regions of the Czech republic, Poland and Germany. In the thesis are created databases about localities and realities, that are the outcomes of the data collection. Data collections mainly concerns the type of property, layout and the location of the property. From the data analysis is possible to evaluate the influence of territorial infrastructure in the context of average market values of real estates in the border region Czech Republic-Germany-Poland.

In a bachelor thesis is deals with analyzing the market price of the real estate property in border area of the Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland. Results of collecting necessary data as a property type, disposition and a location of property are data databases. Average market prices of the real estate property are calculated from evalieted data and these prices are compared in border areas. Attention in outputs is focused also on the faktors as a different behaviour of objekts, which may have effect on the price. The most attention is focused on factors with the largem influence because Theky could significantly affect the price.

Vliv potravní preference všenek (Phthiraptera: Amblycera) na formování jejich mikrobiomů

Microbiome diversity of chewing lice belongs to generaly unexplored topics. This thesis provides the first insight into the microbiomes of 15 chewing lice species of the genus Menacanthus. We detected the presence of two dominant symbiotic bacteria, which occurred in almost all species. We also compared the microbiome diversity of lice with different diet preferences (blood feeding and feather feeding species). Based on these analyses, we identified the main determinants shaping the microbiomes of Menacanthus lice. The microbiomes are namely affected by Menacanthus species identity, its geographical origin, dietary niche, and the extent of the host spectrum that the lice parasitize.

Korean National Reflection of Admiral Yi Sunsin during the Chosŏn Dynasty and in the 20th Century

(in English): This thesis deals with the Korean reflection and the creation of a national hero from the historical figure of Admiral I Sun-sin (李舜臣; 1545 - 1598), who successfully led naval military operations against the Japanese during the Japanese invasion of Korea in the late 16th century. His contribution to the victory of the Korean army earned him the title of Korean national hero. This thesis then outlines the development of the symbolism that his name carries with it, through the post-war centuries. A brief biography of him is presented within the framework of available primary sources, which are discussed in the second chapter. This is followed by a posthumous appreciation of his meritorious achievements, including the first works recording his person during the Japanese invasions and the memorials dedicated to his person. Within the subsequent chapters, the person of admiral is presented in the context of the period at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, highlighting the national awareness of Admiral I Sunsin among the Japanese population and through historical and modern literature. Transfer of a right as security

The subject-matter of this thesis is the transfer of a right as security. The thesis is focused mainly on the history of the transfer of a right as security, its regulation in Civil code 2012 and it highlights the fundamental changes compared to its regulation in Civil code 1964. The regulation of the transfer of a right as security underwent considerable changes in Civil code 2012. However, the usage of this instrument in practice, compared to other security instruments, is not so common. The fault is primarily with the insufficient regulation in the Civil code 1964 which has led to extensive discussions on this topic in the past as well as restrictions by the Supreme Court. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the benefits of the regulation of the transfer of a right as security in Civil code 2012 as compared to 1964. Introductory chapters are dedicated to general issues of the law of obligations, focusing on changes of the basic terms. Other chapters include historical development of the institute and evaluate the applicability of the existing jurisprudence in light of the Civil code 2012. Effect application of spinal braces for final treatment effect

Title: Effect application of spinal braces for final treatment effect Objectives: The aim of this work is to present basic information about spinal brace therapy to correct congenital or acquired deformities of the spine and to evaluate the experience of conservative therapy. Method: I used the method of qualitative data collection from literature, published expert articles and journals. The information was reviewed in consultation with the supervisor Ing. Pavel Černý. Result: Brace therapy is a demonstrably effective treatment method. Results depends on the degree of curvature, on correction by the brace and the amount of time wearing a corset. For the patient it is more acceptable to apply the corset in a night-time regime on smaller curves (up to about 20 degrees Cobb). The patient is then not hampered in daily activities and also prevents the progression of the curves. Diverzita a populační struktura bakteriálních symbiontů vší rodu \kur{Polyplax}

Microbiome diversity of lice is large and still not much explored. This paper discusses microbiome of lice Polyplax serrata where are two primery symbionts, Legionella and bacterium from the order Neisseriales. In this system, we detected, and partially phylogenetically classified, another unknown coP-symbiont. Then the diversity and population structure of symbionts were clarified on the background of hosts population structure (lice, mice). I analyzed population diversity of symbionts depending on their geographic location, the effect of composition of lice microbiome on the mouse, the effect of primary symbionts on the microbiome. Based on the microbiome analysis, I confirmed the previous results of our laboratory, which divides lineages of the louse Polyplax serrata into the 3 clusters, i.e. specific line, nonspecific line and line of Apodemus agrarius on the population level.
