The Use of Elements of Scouting to Socialize the Child in Kindergarten

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to verify elements of scouting in the socialization process of four-to-fiveyear-old children in kindergarten. The secondary aim was to create an intervention programme focused on the use of scouting in kindergarten. Four-to-five-year-old children from a particular kindergarten were selected for the research and were randomly divided into two groups. Once per week the experimental group completed an intervention program with elements of scouting for three months. This group was tested three times during this time. The control group did not join the intervention program; the group only participated in the testing three times. The used methods were the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (Kožený, 1973) and the Developmental Social Skills Scale (Bednářová & Šmardová, 2015). In evaluating the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (Kožený, 1973) the thesis focuses on children's social inclusion competence. At the end of the intervention program the experimental group demonstrated 2,5 points better social integration than the control group according to the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (Kožený, 1973). When assessing the Developmental Social Skills Scale (Bednářová & Šmardová, 2015), the experimental group achieved a bigger increase in "handles independently" responses by 6 social skills items compared to the control group. Although both groups were continuously developing socially throughout the period, the intervention programme with scouting elements resulted in more remarkable results in the socialisation of four to five years old children.

Use of Slugs in the Elementary and High School Teaching

The present work aims to familiarize students with current representatives of naked snails. In the Czech Republic there are five families of naked snails (Agriolimacidae, Arionidae, Boettgerillidae, Limacidae and Milacidae) and all their representatives are characterized by the loss of a secondary shell. Working closely represents ten of them. Part of the work is simplified determination dichotomous key and atlas. Basis of the thesis is a proposal of nine laboratory exercises, observations and experiments that pose naked snails from many angles, from basic observation of the external morphology through the food demands and sensory perception until after the autopsy. Tasks are designed for use in high school; Simplified variant may serve základoškolským hours practically oriented science. Some of the presented tasks (monitoring food preferences, sensory perception and response to stimuli) can be extended to a project day or protracted class of biologically oriented project. All designed tasks were tested. The most important model species of this thesis is the Spanish slug (Arion vulgaris (Moquin-Tandon, 1855)). Non-problematic Construction? A Comparison of German Society's Reaction to the Construction of the Mosques in Duisburg and Cologne

The bachelor thesis Non-problematic Construction? A Comparison of German Society's Reaction to the Construction of the Mosques in Duisburg and Cologne compares the construction of the Merkez Mosque in Duisburg-Marxloh with the construction of the Central Mosque in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Despite these two mosques being structurally similar, the reaction of the German society to their construction has been completely different. The Merkez Mosque has been accepted and represents a non-problematic construction; in contrast, the Central Mosque led to a conflict while provoking protests, and it is perceived as a controversial building. This thesis aims to describe both cases in detail, to identify their similarities and differences and to understand why subsequent reaction has differed through a comparison based on pre-defined criteria. The thesis analyses two groups of factors which influence society's reaction to the mosque construction. The first group consists of structural factors such as the nature of the surrounding area, the site of the mosque and its function; the second group includes the debate between key public and civic actors who affect the construction process and also influence society's opinion. Anaestheologic Nursing Care of Patient during Carotid Endarterectomy

Cílem práce je zpracování problematiky ošetřovatelské péče o nemocného se stenózou vnitřní karotidy z pohledu anesteziologické sestry na neurochirurgickém operačním sále během karotické endarterectomie. V této případové studii se věnuji 57-letému pacientovi, kterému byl při prohlídce v zaměstnání náhodně zjištěn šelest nad pravou karotidou. Praktickým lékařem byl odeslán na ultrazvuk, kde byla zjištěna stenóza vnitřní karotidy (asymptomatická). Po vyšetření neurologem bylo doplněno CTAg karotid a pacient odeslán k hospitalizaci na neurochirurgické oddělení Krajské nemocnice Liberec k operačnímu řešení tohoto problému. V klinické části popisuji anatomii a patofyziologii mozku, etiologii, rozdělení, léčbu a prevenci mozkových ischémií. Podrobněji je pak popsána technika samotné operace a regionální anestezie použitá při výkonu. Zmíněn je i průběh karotické endarterectomie tak, jak probíhal u pacienta. Ošetřovatelská část zahrnuje stručnou charakteristiku ošetřovatelského procesu a ošetřovatelského modelu Virginie Hendersonové. Podle tohoto modelu je rozpracována ošetřovatelská anamnéza pacienta. Na základě ošetřovatelské anamnézy jsou pak stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy ke druhému dni hospitalizace, pobytu na operačním sále od přijetí ze standardního oddělení po přeložení na JIP. Analysis of motivation and satisfaction of employees

The aim of this Master's thesis is to analyse current state of work motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected company and then propose measures to improve the situation. First, theoretical part introduces the basic concepts - motivation, selected theories of work motivation, stimulation, motivational programs and job satisfaction. Practical part includes introduction of the company in which the research was conducted and analysis of the research. Chosen methods for the research were questionnaire survey amongst all employees and individual interview with management of the company and selected sample of employees. Finally, the thesis consists of suggested recommendations for improving staff motivation and satisfaction.

The psychosocial burden of people caring for persons dependent on the assistance of another person in the home environment

This diploma thesis deals about the points at issue of the psycho-social strain with people taking care of the person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background. The problems of family home helps in the natural millieu of an individual dependant on the care are getting more and more actual. The aim of this diploma thesis lies in defining the decisive factors of the psycho-social strain on the persons caring of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. The partial aim is to find out in which areas the persons taking care of persons dependant on the asistence of other physical person in the home background feel the increased strain. Another partial aim is to find out whether the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background know and apply the principles of mental hygiene. Following the aims of the diploma thesis, there are postulated two research questions. The research question 1: Which kind of stress do the caring persons consider the most relevant in their job? The research question 2: Which possible symptoms of burnt-out effect do the caring persons observe on themselves? The practical part of the diploma thesis is worked out in the form of qualitative research. The method of inquiry and the technique of semi-structuralized interview were used for the purposes of the research. Furthermore, the technique of observation was applied. The research was implemented with the Inventory of symptoms of burnt-out effect adapted for the purpose of this research. The selected file is formed of eight persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background who complied with the pre-set criteria; the method of so-called "snowball" was chosen. The gained data were evaluated by the method of open coding. The research pointed out the facts and risks that the realization of the care of a person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background is carrying out. The research pointed out the areas in which these persons feel the increased strain. The area of physical exertion in caring, the consciousness of responsibility in connection with caring, the area of communication and understanding a person dependant on the care and facing up to the fate and watching helplessness are demanding the most for the caring persons. It was found out from the evidences that caring persons consider this activity stressful; they feel both acute and chronical stress during the execution of the care, they feel it in connection with the lack of time and with the responsibility, in connection with the fears of future, but also in connection with not coping with the past. Family and friends, that provide both psychical support and assistence in the realization of the care, help most the persons caring of persons dependant on the care to deal with the demands of this care. As well as solitude and rest, sport activities and culture help them. In connection with caring the engaged persons have the feeling of doing a good thing, but also the feelings of sorrow, doubts and despairs. Those caring persons who perceive the risky factor of burnt-out effect can observe its symptoms on the emotional, rational, physical and social level on themselves. This thesis can contribute to understanding the importance of work of caring persons in the home background. It will deliver the information about the relevant factors of psycho-social strain on the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. Moreover, it can contribute to the eventual development of services corresponding to the needs of the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background.

Financial analysis of the company Kofola a.s.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola a.s. Financial analysis evaluates 5 years in the period from 2008 to 2012. Theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of financial analysis. This part also describes different indicators evaluating financial health of the company, Du Pont analysis, EVA and explains bankruptcy and credibility models. Those methods are then applied on the financials of the company Kofola a.s. in the practical part and the results are suitably commented on. The conclusion contains a summary of the comprehensive evaluation of the situation and suggested recommendations.

SOCIAL SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN IN THE REGION MORAVSKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

The theoretical part deals about family, social services by themselves, social services for families with chidren in Moravské Budějovice Region and about planning of social services. Its main goal is mapping the offer of social services for families with children in the region and finding out the level of acquaintance of family members with children with the offer of these services. Further, I tried to find out the most frequent source of information about social services for families with children in the region, what sort of services are preferred by families with children, and whether the offer of services in the region corresponds to the needs of parents.The offer of social services in the region has been mapped. It was found out that families with children are provided with three types of services, i. e. with the social services of registered providers, with the services to support functioning families and with the services within the framework of social and legal protection of children. The knowledge of these services in Moravské Budějovice is relatively high, unlike the village communities in the region where the knowledge of them is considerably low. Friends of parents are the most frequent source of information about social services in the region; in Moravské Budějovice itself also the Internet. Families with children make use of the services to support functioning families prevailingly, above all free-time activities for families as a whole. The parental needs in the region are not saturated enough, mainly from the reason of lacking services in the region that would satisfy these needs.

The Graduation Theses solve mergers in clearly law point of view, i.e. merger by acquisition, merger by the formation of a new company, spin-off by acquisition and spin-off split by acquisition. In the text you can find not only solution of mergers from the accounting point of view (from IAS/IFRS as well as from the czech accounting law point of view) but also from the tax point of view (from corporate income tax as well as from the tax administration point of view).
