Judicial Review of Decision of the Body of a Legal Entity Abstract This thesis contains a comprehensive analysis of the currently effective regulation of a category of proceedings that can be described as a review of decisions of the body of a legal entity. This category includes proceedings for the declaration of invalidity and proceedings for the determination of non-existence of a decision of body of a legal entity. The thesis starts with introduction continues with four main chapters and follows with last chapter dedicated to conclusion. In the introductory chapters (chapters one and two), the thesis deals with general explanations on the nature of this institute, a brief definition of the difference between invalidity and non-existence (nullity) and the limits of review as to the specific decisions of the body of a legal entity that can be reviewed in this way and from which aspects. The importance of expert opinion in child custody proceedings Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on the importance of expert opinions in custody proceedings on the matter of a minor child care, maintanance and contact. These are part of the child welfare judicial proceeding according to the section 466 of Act No. 292/2013 Coll., on special court proceedings, as amended. Firstly, it discusses the above-mentioned non-contentious proceedings, which are included in the child welfare judicial proceeding, then the work deals with experts and their opinions. The first chapter deals with the child welfare judicial proceeding in general. It explains what proceedings are among the court's care proceedings for minors and the basic features of these proceedings are described here. Furthermore, the first chapter defines the basic concepts with which the thesis deals and describes the features of non-contentious proceedings and explains the differences between contentious and non-contentious. Marketing communication and brand management of regional brands

This diploma thesis focuses on regional brand PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product communication and its assessment. The aim of this thesis is to make suggestions to increase the efficiency of communication of the brand PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product through an analysis of this regional brand and a realization of marketing research. The theoretical part deals with the brand and its direction as well as with marketing communication. There is also a definition of terms region and regional brand included. The other part deals with an analysis of regional brand programmes, that are available on the Czech market as well as PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product. The region Prácheňsko and the system of granting a brand and the certification of products through this brand are presented. Finally, a critical analysis of the brand and its marketing communication as well as marketing research that focuses on discovering of the knowledge PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product are given. In the closing part of this thesis, suggestions that should not only lead to increase the efficiency of the brand and its marketing communication but also to increase the consumer awareness are given.

The aplication of ISO9001 in public administration: case study Municipal office in Litomysl

The aim of this work is assess the impact of ISO 9001 aplications in public administration, namely the example of the Municipal office in Litomyšl. Will be evaluated, both financial and non financial impacts. Financial implications will be assessed by comparing the cost of the certificate and saved labor costs as a result of the certificate. The second indicator is the non financial impacts namely the evalution of quality management and service quality. The sriteria for assesing the quality of management developement is found in the number of risks and discrepancies foundin the Municipal office in Litomysl. The sriterion for evaluating the quality of services is assessed by changes in the number of complaints before and after the introduction of standards and in the opinion of the citizens of Litomysl, he quality of service, whitch was investigated by questionnaire survey.

Dr. Oetker brand perception

This thesis focuses on the perception of the brand Dr. Oetker, focusing on the Premium pudding. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical section describes the basic bonding marketing, branding, marketing communications and marketing research. The practical part is introduced by Dr. Oetker brand, which is a manufacturer and supplier of ingredients for baking, baking mixes, desserts, pizzas and other products. The evaluation of the questionnaire survey is included as well. The conclusion summarizes the findings from marketing research and suggestions for improvement.

Sociální podnikání neziskových organizací v ČR

The final thesis presents findings of the nongovernmental non-profit organizations' entrepreneurial activities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to find out if NGOs fulfil criteria for social firm according to defined standards. NGOs necessarily run a business to get additional money for their activities to substitute diminishing state funds. The research focused on NGOs' entrepreneurship was done by electronic questionnaire within this thesis. Its purpose is to inform about motivation, risks, problems, personal characteristics and financial sustainability of social firms. The study has evidence that none of the respondents from Czech NGOs fully met standards' requirements. The organizations usually are not able to earn at least 50 % of the firm's turnover through sales of goods and services and also 25 - 55 % of the workforce is not disadvantaged in gaining employment.

Analysis of Czech and international non-governmental non-profit organizations

The goal of this thesis was to compare Czech and Spanish non-governmental non-profit organizations and analyze common and diverse characteristics using international comparison in several areas. As a representative of the Czech non-profit sector was chosen ADRA, o.s. Spanish nonprofit sector was represented by the organization Manos Unidas. Findings revealed differences in investigated areas. However, founded differences were not so significant to identify one of the non-governmental non-profit organizations as a significantly better one. Nevertheless the author recommended transferring some of the best practices of Manos Unidas to ADRA, o.s.

Analysis of financing of non governmental and non profit organizations

The aim of this thesis is to analyze financing of non governmental and non profit organizations. This work consists of theoretical and practical part. Firstly there are explained the basic concepcts and means of financing of these organizations and also issues concerning volunteering. The second part is dedicated to analysis of financing of Domov Sue Ryder, o.p.s., where are drawn appropriate conclusions on this bases as well.
