The Proposal for the Introduction of Activity Based Costing in the Company

Thesis is focused on the method of Activity Based Costing, more precisely its introduction in the enterprise. The work is divided into a theoretical part, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes the classic costings and methods, but the key issue is, of course, Activity Based Costing method to be introduced in the analysis firm, as a new costing method. In the analytical part is to analyze the current state of the enterprise in the field of cost. In the practical part described a proposal for the introduction of Activity Based Costing in the company.

The Effect of Stimulative Systems on Companies Costs and Revenues

Dissertation thesis deals with issue stimulation remuneration system for employees of workers profession. Empiric research is focused on situation in the field of remuneration for employees in custom engineering companies acting in the Czech Republic. The final facts from both research are the starting point for creating predictive model. The model offers two main possibilities how to reward workers. It allows settings for each specific company and shows the impact of both chosen system and its settings on financial economy of company.

The main pillar of efficiency of the marketing tools is the new proposal of marketing strategy which integrates activities of company with marketing activities through company processes. This targeted cooperation maximizes effect of the marketing activities of the company. Created synergy effects have to meet defined marketing and communication objectives.
