Cílem této práce je nalézt optimální řešení systému vnitropodnikového účetnictví v dané firmě na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy stávajícího stavu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována problematice rozvrhování nepřímých nákladů a členění nákladů podle jejich závislosti na objemu výroby. Navrhované řešení by mělo přispět k lepším rozhodnutím v oblasti prodeje a k objektivnímu hodnocení výkonnosti firmy. The aim of this master’s thesis is to find an optimal solution of intradepartmental accounting system in the selected firm. The solution is based on analysis of theoretical methods and present conditions in the company. It focuses on problems of allocation of indirect costs and implementation of variable costing method. The proposed solution should be able to supports better decision making in sales and evaluation of production rate of the whole firm.
