Bakalářská práce řeší situaci zrakově postižených (slabozrakých a nevidomých) občanů v oblastech jejich možností ve využívání výpočetní techniky jak pro své vzdělávání tak i pro usnadnění a zpestření života vůbec. Speciálně se zaměřuje na softwary, které napomáhají zrakově postiženým seznámit se se světem počítačů. The bachelor thesis is concerned with the situation of the blind and partially sighted and with the ways they can make use of computers for futher education, entertainment as well as in order to improve their quality of life. The main focus is on software designed to help visually handicapped people to acquaint with the world of computers.
