Life of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis

The bachelor thesis deals with the life of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents anatomy and physiology of the spine, ankylosing spondylitis, its diagnosis and therapy. Furthermore, attention was paid to nursing care, communication and needs in everyday life of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis was conducted through a qualitative research investigation, using the method of questioning, the technique of individual semi-structured interview. The study sample consisted of 7 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in a healthcare facility. Three objectives were chosen for the bachelor thesis. The first aim was to find out in which areas of normal daily activities ankylosing spondylitis affects the patient. The second aim was to investigate the role of the patient's family in the integration of the patient into normal daily activities. The third aim was to explore patients' perceptions of nurses' support in relation to their illness. In line with the objectives, research questions were set. Based on the results, it was found that patients with AS manage normal daily activities independently or with only minor assistance. Patients use compensatory aids to help them cope better with everyday activities. Treatment has a big impact on the patient's life, even though they use spa treatments and exercise daily. The research also showed that the support of family and friends plays a big role in the patient's life. Patients require more information from the nurse in collaboration with the doctor about treatment options, compensatory aids, exercise and social support.

Since time immemorial, plants have been used to treat various diseases, but it is not known what is behind their healing effect. It managed to find out with the development of pharmacy and chemistry. The first substances were isolated and their mechanism of action was elucidated. It was found that the substances themselves have a better and more efficient effect than the mixture, but also a number of side effects. The effort of experts was to remove them, which managed to prepare a lot of derivatives and in many cases they had even higher effect. With the development of new technologies, synthetically produced substances have come to the fore and it is already forgotten that many clinically used drugs have their origins in nature. Coaches' expectations in connection with their approach to athletes

The bachelor thesis introduces a topic of coache's expectations in connection with their approach to athlete. Expectations in context of Pygmalion effect or self-fulfilling prophecy are, at the beginning, generally characterized from a social psychology point of view and then more specified in terms of sport psychology. The thesis is based on a four-step expectation cycle, which is applied on specific areas of sport psychology. The aim of this work was to map which sources are used by coach to create expectations towards some athlete and how these expectations effects his/her approach towards the athlete. The empirical part of the thesis introduces a research design focusing on changes of coache's behavior towards the athlete, all in context with expectations the coach helds towards the athlete. Managerial competencies

The theme of this thesis are the competencies of a manager. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of executive and management skills, executive function, managerial skills and managerial activities. It includes individual competencies and competency models manager. In the practical part will be focus on the enterprise "Sammit Motors (Vladivostok)." On its example we will show, how managerial skills work in practice and how the competency model is created. The aim is to build a competency model specific to job positions in an organization. The partial objectives focus on the analysis of the concepts of competencies and managerial competency models.
Clinet segmentation in banking sector in CR

This thesis deals with the implementation and use of information technology to support customer relationship management and subsequent segmentation of clients in the banking sector in the Czech Republic. The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the criteria for classification and segmentation of clients chosen subject of the banking sector and, depending on the observed facts to assess and evaluate the portfolio of products offered, ie. how effectively banks have targeted its products to individual customer segments. The theoretical part includes familiarization with the issue of CRM (customer relationship management) and a detailed description of the partial fields, particularly focusing on individual processes and CRM technology. Then there is the approach and discussed the situation on the Czech market, the criteria for allocating market customers, targeting marketing strategies in relation to the marketing mix, and in the end it deals with the beginnings of the implementation of customer relationship management in banking. The practical part is devoted to more segmentation in the banking sector, focusing on segmentation of customers according to segmentation criteria. Subsequently, we analyzed and discussed the situation in selected banks in the Czech Republic, focused on the distribution of clients according to their segmentation strategy and assessment target their banking products to individual client groups.

The main objective is to evaluate consumer actions of HET company, which operates on the Czech market in the production and sales of exterior and interior colors. In the theoretical section briefly explains the basic issues of strategic marketing, marketing environment and identify of market segment. Comprehensively describes the marketing mix and marketing communication, which is the base for the practical part. The practical part analyzes the campaing in her creation, development, promotion and evaluation. The impetus for it is layout was to create a businnes-marketing plan and it is campaign was created with specifically defined aims which were fulfilled. That would help the company meet specific goals. Through the campaign, we managed to increase sales of specific products involved in the action, to increase the market share of these products on the Czech market, expand the popularity of the brand among end HET and deepen business cooperation with retails.
Economic impacts of reorganization file and archiving service at the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with an analysis, evaluation of results and problem of management development file and archive services within the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in continuous reorganization conditions of the service at the beginning of the gradual implementation of the electronic systems supporting processes depending on the project of government computerization of the Czech Republic. It summarizes various stages of the history and continuing evolution of that particular service within the MoD. It also reflects current implementation projects which have impact to document life cycle and compares economic aspects and impacts of implemented activities connected to computerization and automatization. Bachelor thesis recapitulates the actual legislative conditions in area of records service with focus to the registration of the particular documents in various categories within the MoD, including the final forwarding of documents to the administrative archive of the MoD. The next part of bachelor thesis describes the development of archival service, organization of archives and execution of public administration in the area of the archival service in the Czech Republic as well as it describes the structure and position of MoD archives, its composition, powers and actual changes facing the archive computerization. Conclusion assesses the economic impacts and troubleshooting management and development of files and archive services within the MoD. This part uses exact economic indicators comparing formal and current method to secure document lifecycle and points out the pros and cons of current processes set by current legislation.
Risk analysis of quality management system: production of beer

The objective of my final thesis is to ascertain the occurence of the most frequent risks during production of beer and the aplication of risk analysis methods in concrete brewery. The text deals with description of risk analysis and is aimed on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). The outcome of the text is to evaluate starting position of HACCP in concrete brewery and to make suggestion of improvements. Furthermore, there is a comparision with other and much bigger brewery in my final thesis.
The Food Quality and its Influence on the Health of the Consumer

The objective of the text (my final thesis) is to ascertain a Czech consumer's eating habits, and his attitude towards the quality of food. Furthermore, the text deals with the impact of one's eating habits on his health, and all possible risks involved. When working on the text, the methods used were description and comparison. By the application of quantitative research technique--a questionnaire, I tried to compare the eating habits of college students with those of common population. The outcome of the questionnaire reveals the consumer's attitude towards eating, and points out to the most frequent mistakes the Czech consumer makes in his selection of food.
