Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací a využitím informačních technologií pro podporu řízení vztahů se zákazníky a následnou segmentací klientů v bankovním sektoru v České republice. Cílem této práce je posoudit kritéria členění a účelnost segmentace klientů vybraného subjektu bankovního sektoru a v závislosti na zjištěných poznatcích posoudit a zhodnotit portfolio nabízených produktů, tzn. jak efektivně zacílené mají banky své produkty na jednotlivé segmenty klientů. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení s problematikou CRM (řízení vztahu se zákazníky) a detailní popis dílčích oblastí, zejména se zaměřením na jednotlivé procesy a technologie CRM. Dále je zde přiblížena a popsána situace na českém trhu, kritéria rozdělení trhu se zákazníky, zacílení marketingové strategie v návaznosti na marketingový mix a v závěru se teoretická část zabývá počátky implementace systému řízení vztahu se zákazníky v oblasti bankovnictví. Praktická část je věnována již samotné segmentaci v bankovním sektoru, se zaměřením na segmentaci zákazníků dle segmentačních kritérií. Následně je zanalyzována a popsána situace ve vybraných bankovních domech v ČR, zaměřena na rozdělení klientů dle jejich segmentačních strategií a posouzení zacílení jejich bankovních produktů na jednotlivé skupiny klientů. This thesis deals with the implementation and use of information technology to support customer relationship management and subsequent segmentation of clients in the banking sector in the Czech Republic. The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the criteria for classification and segmentation of clients chosen subject of the banking sector and, depending on the observed facts to assess and evaluate the portfolio of products offered, ie. how effectively banks have targeted its products to individual customer segments. The theoretical part includes familiarization with the issue of CRM (customer relationship management) and a detailed description of the partial fields, particularly focusing on individual processes and CRM technology. Then there is the approach and discussed the situation on the Czech market, the criteria for allocating market customers, targeting marketing strategies in relation to the marketing mix, and in the end it deals with the beginnings of the implementation of customer relationship management in banking. The practical part is devoted to more segmentation in the banking sector, focusing on segmentation of customers according to segmentation criteria. Subsequently, we analyzed and discussed the situation in selected banks in the Czech Republic, focused on the distribution of clients according to their segmentation strategy and assessment target their banking products to individual client groups.
