The thesis is about recruitment in the company. About human resource management, recruitment and selection of employees. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The main objective of this work is to describe how the processes of recruitment and the methods of employee selection take place in two companies and then make recommendations for them. The first part briefly describes the human resource management strategy. It is focuses on the acquisition process and employee selection methods. The second part then examines the process of recruitment and the methods of selection of employees in two companies. At the end of the thesis are written recommendations for each company.
Draft of the System of Evaluation of Employees

The thesis deals with a most topical issue which is the staff evaluation relating to the remuneration. The purpose of the thesis is to propose a staff evaluation system. The first part gives a definition of the evaluation, a detailed description of the meaning and the goals of the evaluation, the best-known methods of the evaluation and component steps leading to the implementation of the evaluation system. The research represents a proposed evaluation system which was introduced to a company. The proposal was gradually modified according to the requirements of the owners and managers. Some reactions and pieces of knowledge relating to the evaluation system were found out during the process itself. The evaluation system has been completely worked out and is prepared to be implemented. The thesis is a kind of qualitative research. The design is represented by an action research.

This bachelor's thesis deals with human resources in company and focuses on personal strategy and recruitment. Its aim is to characterize and compare processes of recruitment and selection of new employees in two companies and propose solutions to increase the efficiency of these processes. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the overall characteristics of the recruitment and selection of new employees. In the practical is the theoretical knowledge confronted with real information from two companies. In conclusion of this thesis are compared processes of recruitment and proposed appropriate solutions for improvement.

The goal of this diploma thesis is the execution of strategic analysis of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. based on external and internal analysis. Next step is the elaboration of strategy for future company development. The outcome of this thesis is a comprehensive view of the external and internal environment of Plzeňský Prazdroj providing good basis for strategic management. Author of this thesis recommends suitable strategies for the future business development based on these outputs which are corresponding to the strategic plan of company and deriving from the business environment.

This thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological and practical parts. In the theoretical-methodolical part, the types of analyses of the internal and external environments are described according to literature. The practical part deals with a specific company, to which the findings of the theoretical part applied. The aim of the thesis is the strategic analysis and design of the strategy for the company AB Facility, a.s. The strategic analysis includes both the analysis of the external and internal environments. Based on the results of these analyses there will either be a new strategy proposed or an existing strategy confirmed.

The thesis aims to analyze the current state of the company while formulating and recommending a new, more preferable strategy. The dissertation is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The first section explains theoretically the basic concepts of strategic management and analyzes of internal and external environment. The conclusion of the theoretical section describes different types of strategies and their suitability of use. In the practical section, some selected analyzes from the theoretical part are applied to a particular company Tomos Prague a. s., which is engaged in printing, bookmaking and cardboard production. Outputs from the analyzes are then entered into the SWOT analysis. Based on the evaluation of the SWOT analysis, appropriate strategies are formulated and recommended.

Unemployment of Czech University Graduates

My bachelor thesis called Unemployment of graduates of Czech universities considers unemployment of graduates of universities in various branches at labour market. It has two parts- theoretical and practical.In the practical part it focuses on South Bohemia, especially Tábor and České Budějovice regions. These two regions are compared with region Prague. My thesis deals with the importance of the right choice of the field of study and practice in getting job. At the end I try find a possible solution to the graduate unemployment.
