Cílem diplomové práce je provedení strategické analýzy podniku Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s., opírající se o externí a interní analýzu. Dále potom zpracování strategie budoucího vývoje podniku. Výstupem diplomové práce je ucelený pohled na vnější a vnitřní prostředí Plzeňského Prazdroje poskytující kvalitní podklad pro strategické řízení společnosti. Na základě těchto výstupů autor práce doporučuje vhodné strategie pro další rozvoj podnikání korespondující se strategickým záměrem společnosti a odvíjející se od podnikatelského prostředí. The goal of this diploma thesis is the execution of strategic analysis of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. based on external and internal analysis. Next step is the elaboration of strategy for future company development. The outcome of this thesis is a comprehensive view of the external and internal environment of Plzeňský Prazdroj providing good basis for strategic management. Author of this thesis recommends suitable strategies for the future business development based on these outputs which are corresponding to the strategic plan of company and deriving from the business environment.
