D8 - ADVANCE X-RAY Difractometer Adjustment

This graduation thesis deals with Bruker AXS D8 Advance adjustment. Target of this thesis is design and realization of equipment which is going to be applicable on existing D8 advance machine and works with Göbel mirror adjustment. Mentioned adjustment is basic part of service operations necessary for D8. Introduction deals with theory of diffraction and basics of X-ray. Following part is presenting design of model which can be applicable and useful for solving of our problem. This design is completed with function device. This device realization is created by driving mechanism, control unit and mechanical adapter which is flexible and compatible with existing D8 Advance machine. All parts of designed device are fully described and complemented for full technical documentation, which is part of attachments.

This thesis deals with variants of whether the material station basis, specifically scaffolding, better to own or rent it. This thesis discusses the marketing mix and the brand of the Red Bull company. In the first, basal part of the work are described the theoretical starting points for the marketing mix and the brand. In the practical part are descibed individual components of the mix. These are here categorized while using the 4P marketing mix. The thesis evaluates and analyses individual activities of the company and then explains their impact on perception of the brand by customers. With the help of a past research which took place in the years 2013 and 2015. Thesis evaluates the influence of chosen strategies on students in czech universities and their relevance to the student lifestyle.

Posouzení vlivu mechanizovaného soustřeďování dříví na půdní povrch

This Bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the immediate pressure in the soil after heavy machinery for the gatheriing of logs travels over it. It further looks into the method of measuring damage to the soil and trees in the forest cover after the logging operation. Measurement of immediate pressures was carried out at the Training Forest Enterprise of Masaryk Forest Křtiny. The prototype machine forwarder Novotný LVS 720 and the universal wheeled tractor Zetor Proxima Plus 8541 were assessed on the same type of soil with similar natural conditions. The results of the measurements proved that the protopype forwarders produced less immediate pressures during the transport of heavier loads than the universal wheeled tractor. The classical technology and CTL technology were evaluated for the measuring of damage to trees and soil in the forest cover at the areas of Telč and Plumlov. It was again confirmed that the CTL technology is more gentle to the environment of forest cover.

Measurement of acoustic pressure in the workplace.

Acoustic pressure in environment protection programs of developed countries is the one of most important issue after air and water pollution. Acoustic pressure is all around us, such like machines, traffics and some other things. It is not possible to completely stop the noise, but there are some certain ways were used to reduce it up to acceptable limits. The aim of this work is to measure the acoustic noise and find solution to reduce it. The first measurements were done indoor (workplace studio) focused on room acoustic. We measured the acoustic pressure for three heights in different places,but finally the most important results were selected and compared with respect to each others. The next measurements were performed outdoor to collect the results about spread of the noise, which were analyzed with certain limits. The main goal was to find how to safe the human health and maintain peaceful and healthy environmental.

Toll in Prague. Analysis of its planned introduction

Prague as well as most of the large cities in the world has problems with congestion. The toll has being discussed as a possible solution to these problems for several years. In this bachelor thesis I will deal with the issue of an introduction of the toll in Prague. I will draw your attention to the inappropriate location of the traffic in very busy north-south highway, which goes through the city center. I'll research the possible solutions to the traffic problems by the application of a Prague toll in the city center. I will describe the objectives and the reasons why Prague wants to introduce the toll together with its possible variants of the toll system, its pros and cons. I will outline possible impacts on businesses and citizens and also the financial aspect of the project. I will achieve the entrances to my analysis, inter alia, on my own survey, conducted in various parts of Prague using a questionnaire. I will use the questionnaire to a sample of a full - aged inhabitants of the Czech Republic. In the thesis. I will also explain how the toll works in London, where it was already introduced in 2003. The aim will be to clarify this problem of the toll in Prague and to try to answer the question why the toll should be introduced and whether it has chance to success in Prague.

Implementation Business intelligence solution in enterprise

Since 1989, there rose many branches. One of them the company grounds with their work scope as ICT services, ICT trainings and system development. The households had started to use in huge the PCs and round 1992 joined WEB. The companies did start to ask for applications which would have been able to be in connection with the other branch offices and had been looking for such solutions that would have brought the new added value. There had been rising new bank systems, telecommunication, insurance, energy, industrial systems and the like. Today, we are dating 2011 and it is more than 20 year; and the systems are still in use. Therefore it is unavoidable to store all the data to be used further and based on the data to create competitive environment. Every company has got its own department assuring data storage, data analysis and reporting the results to the top management. In past the data was used to process decision streamline, and thus remedy the key branches. Hence a new line of business came up focused on data processing, the new technology standards conception, new storage data types etc. The new fundamental term was formed -- Business Intelligence. The subject of the diploma paper is Business Intelligence Solution in enterprise scoped to the process design, development, data purity and project management in pharmacy. There are mentioned the base components of Business Intelligence Solution, technology and meritorious aspect of design. Integral part of this work is description of pharmacy problematic and project management.

A theoretical part of the diploma thesis summarizes the current generally accepted theories on a corporate training and human resource development in an organization. The practical part aims to present a subject of enterprise and an organizational structure of a selected multinational company and analyzes its current form of a staff training and personnel work. On the basis of the analysis there are suggested measures that should make the human resource management in the company more efficient.

U.S. position in international trade

The first chapter of the thesis analyzes the current economic development in the United States and assess its impact on the development of foreign trade. Emphasis is placed on the impact of financial crisis, weakening U.S. dollar against other world currencies and the state of balance of payments. The second chapter aims to present the direction of U.S. trade policy, its objectives, instruments and institutional support. The third chapter is devoted to the position of the United States in the multilateral trading system and their role in intergovernmental organizations in the field of international trade.
