Interaction of humans and the environment in residential hauses with walls from inorganic masonry
Brada, Lukáš ; Kocourková, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Lucie (referee)
Interaction of humans and the environment, is subject to the occurrence of mold in residential buildings. Mold development has been the ultimate result of a variety of phenomena, processes and causes that have penetrated in various stages of preparation, implementation and operation of buildings. The negative effects which the mold in a residential area buildings exhibit is primarily a reduction in the use of comfort living space in the form of health risks in the form of allergic reactions and possibly causing chronic problems. Chronic problems over time can lead to serious illness. A big role in the occurrence of mold also plays a reduction of aesthetic values of residential spaces requiring repair and remedy these deficiencies. When removing adverse events leads to an unnecessary additional environmental burden. Problems of fungi in ground buildings are very expansive and interdisciplinary problems, which incorporates structural, termomechanic, chemical and biologic aspects. In this undergraduate work I concentrated on the origin of fungi in ground buildings with inorganic materials and I am discribing at least some important sources and aspects of fungi origin in each phases origin and exploitation building, with usage of specialised literature. Model compultations and examples of origin fungi are performed. Autocephalous origin of fungi in residencial buildings is yet fallback situation, which can be possibly prevented. But due to conditions for origin fugi can begin long ago this fallback situation. Store of bias each phases living buildings is accentuated on possibly fugi production in buildings from project up to operation.
Detection of VPS13B gene mutation responsible for trapped neutrophil syndrome in selected dog breeds used for assistance activities
Zemanová, Lucie ; Vejl, Pavel (advisor) ; Melounová, Martina (referee)
This bachelor thesis Detection of VPS13B gene mutation responsible for Trapped neutrophil syndrome in selected dog breeds used for assistance activities starts with theoretical part and continue with experimental part, which had done in Department of genetics and breeding. The theoretical part is focused on Trapped neutrophil syndrome and Cohen syndrome. Both of theese syndromes are caused by mutation of same gene and this is the reason, why a dog is a suitable genetic model for human disease research. Based on the theoretical part is obvious that Trapped neutrophil syndrome is a autosomal recessive genetic disease and is caused by deletion of 4 bases (GTTT) on 13th chromosome in 19th exon. This mutation is only in border collie breed. The Trapped neutrophil syndrome causes very serious problems and for individuals theese problems may be letal. If they survive, they have a very poor quality life. They have diarrhoea, pyrexia, vomite and have a typical facial ferret-like snout. The experimental part is focused on isolation DNA from buccal mucosa of border collie breed, golden retriever, labrador retriever and Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever, than it is focused on design PCR markers and sequencing PCR amplicons. The experimental results had confirmed hypothesis that the causal mutation is affected by pedigree and it is easy to identificate it by sequencing PCR amplicons.
Analysis of terestrical associations of lichens in lichen pine forests (biotope L8.1A) in northern Bohemia
Němcová, Veronika ; Kocourková, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Lucie (referee)
The thesis is dealing with biomonitoring of terrestrial lichens occurring in lichen pine forests L8.1A in the Česká Lípa district in northern Bohemia. Altogether, 57 species of terrestrial lichens were recorded based on excerption of historical literature. Field survey managed to find 33 species of terrestrial lichens. We succeed to find six new species for the area of study. Within the categories of endangerment of species have occurred primarily common species (LC), as well as nearly threatened (NT), but also vulnerable species (Cladonia cervicornis, C. ciliata, C. glauca, C. macrophylla, and C. strepsilis). Two species of endangered lichens EN (Cladonia crispata and C. portentosa) were also found. Based on the biodiversity research in 27 plots and comparison of vegetation plots and abundance of species in every plot, diagnostic (Dg) and dominant (Dm) species were found. Using restricted analysis of the RDA the variability of data is the best explained with relation of species to individual sites. Altitude and pH appeared marginally significant. Using unlimited linear PCA analysis and comparative dendrogram was found, in which plots are most abundant species and the plots of similar species composition. The result of the revision of habitat mapping segments L8.1, subunit L8.1A is finding that many segments should be amended quality and maintained or should be allocated to another habitat. Of the 55 segments the only one segment was correctly evaluated. Based on the habitat mapping in terms of coverage E0 was discovered 8 emblematic sites subunit L8.1A.

The Specificity and Originality of Language in George Orwell and A. Burgess's Experimental Novels
ZEMANOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this thesis is to compare two distinct principles of making new linguistic style and their role in fictional society. The thesis will present both novels (Burgess' A Clockwork Orange and Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four) and then it will focus on function and principles of making neologisms used in these novels. In the end the thesis will focus on summarization of both principles and it will analyze the language role in both novels.

Identification of fatigue damage Al alloy treated with SLM technology using acoustic emission method
Zemanová, Lucie ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to study fatigue properties of EN AW-2618A aluminium alloy produced by selective laser melting (SLM). S-N diagrams of reference alloy and SLM material depending on manufacturing conditions were constructed. Reference alloy had the same chemical composition as the SLM material, but it was made by traditional technology (by extruding). While testing, acoustic emission (AE) and resonant frequency of loading was monitored. Fractographic analyses of fracture surfaces were performed. It was found, that SLM material has significantly worse fatigue performance. Fatigue properties are strongly dependent on SLM process parameters settings and precise observance of procedure. The most significant differences in cyclic degradation were found in the length of the stages of fatigue. The more homogeneous the material is, the longer the nucleation stage compared to the total lifetime is. The main source of AE in case of the reference material is plastic deformation on the tip of the crack. For SLM testing, stronger acoustic activity was recorded, because brittle fracture of the material between discontinuities, which is stronger AE source, is more frequent.
Thermal analysis of plastic part using finite element method
Zemanová, Lucie ; Nečas, David (referee) ; Zatočilová, Aneta (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the thermal deformation of a plastic component after thermal loading and ways of processing digital data for a thermal analysis. There is optical digitizing outlined, since input data were obtained this way, and methods of subsequent processing for the thermal analysis. The analysis is carried out by the finite element method using ANSYS Workbench software. The finite element method is described. The work builds on measuring performed by photogrammetry, the aim is to compare applicability finite element method and photogrammetry for measuring deformation.
