Obsahem této bakalářské práce je problematika řízení pohledávek z obchodního styku v kapitálové společnosti. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji především na definice základních, avšak nezbytných pojmů pro snadnější pochopení této problematiky. Následná praktická část se zabývá analýzou stavu pohledávek v konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu. Vlastní návrhová část pak představuje komplexní návrhy a doporučení k systému řízení pohledávek. Zahrnuje rovněž preventivní opatření proti vzniku problémových pohledávek, jejich efektivní řízení a správu a také možné způsoby vymáhání pohledávek. The contents of my thesis is the issue of management of trade receivables in the capital company. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the definition of basic, but necessary concepts for the understanding of the issue. Subsequent practical part analyzes the status of claims in a particular organization. Custom forms part presents comprehensive proposals and recommendations on claims management system, including preventive measures against the occurrence of problem debts, their effective management and administration as well as possible ways of.
