Vyhodnocení technických parametrů podlahovin na bázi dřeva

The master thesis is focused on assessment of selected technical parameters of wood-based floor coverings. These parameters are determined in accordance with given norm. The first part discusses various types of floor coverings and describes composition of multi-layer floor coverings and aglomerated materials. It also describes main characteristics of used materials. The second part consists in experimental measurement of selected technical parameters according to relevant legislative norm. Those parameters are always specified on the package of the floor coverings by their manufacturers. Based on experiments performed, all tested floor coverings are suitable both for commercial and housing premises. Floor coverings are both resistant to extreme load and safe for regular use.

Search console as a mean of communication exemplified on deep mediatisation

The thesis analyses the communication process of search engines in the advertiser - customer relation. The thesis holistically proceeds to the communication analysis of search engine, first describing new media, mediatization, functioning of search engine, advertisement systems and behavior of the search engine users. The thesis describes new media as dual artifacts with a tangible and intangible part, which are constantly adaptable to society's requirements thanks to its nature - they can be easily changed and improved. This makes the new media - in the field of media science - really new. The term "mediatization" represents the ability of media to change the society's behavior. The new media makes the deep mediatization happen, i. e. distinct habitualization of changes in society caused by the new media. In the thesis, the changes are illustrated by the examples of change of mindset, communication and purchase process. The users adjust the way they communicate in the search engines for their query to be successfully decoded by both an algorithm and a provider of the searched information. Therefore the thesis focuses on specifics of users' habits during the searching process. Vliv počáteční vlhkosti dřeva smrku na příjem ochranného prostředku podtlakově-přetlakovou impregnací

The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the initial wood moisture of the spruce wood (Picea abies) on the intake and the penetration of the protecting agent using overpressure-vacuum impregnation. The aim of the thesis is the determination of the optimal initial wood moisture of the spruce wood samples treated by impregnation agent Bochemit FORTE PROFI using Bethell method. In this work logs with radius from 15 cm to 23 cm and thickness 10 cm were used as samples. Based on the results the level of intake of the penetration agent is higher when the wood moisture is decreased under 10 % or at the fiber saturation point of wood. On the contrary, the penetration is deepest in samples with 60 % wood moisture and in the fresh wood. According to the results the initiative wood moisture of the wood has an impact on the impregnation proces.

Knowledge of nurses about posibilities of using moist wound healing in neonatology.

This thesis deals with nursing care of skin defects using a wet therapy in neonatology. The first section summarizes information related to preterm infants, the development of the individual layers of the skin in the embryonic period. It lists the types of skin defects which the neonatolgy nurse may frequently encounter at the department with including a list of modern therapeutic coverage that can be used. It lists a brief history of wound healing too, focusing just on the development of the wet therapy . Furthermore is marginally discussed the evaluation and documentation of damage to the skin wound. For interest, the thesis mentions a case reportof the preterm newborn with the necrosis of the lower limb, accompanied by commentaries of the alternative treatment for this type of skin damage from my own experience. The second part is assessing the awareness of the nurses in the modern methods of the healing. The priority is the mapping of the experience in using the wet therapy through the quantitative research, which is mediated by an anonymous questionnaire. The main goal of the research is to determine the awareness of the nurses from the neonatology intensive care unit, resuscitation and intermediate care in the nursing of the skin defects using a wet therapy. Awareness of pediatric patients and their parents before anesthesia

The primary aim of the thesis was to describe current awareness system of pediatric patients and their parents before anaesthesia and whether and to what extent the two groups are informed about anaesthesia. Furthermore, the thesis presents actual opinions of both responding groups on the current state of clinical practice and suggestions for its improvement. In accordance with available sources, so far no similar research has been carried out in the Czech Republic. A total number of 215 respondents at two biggest teaching hospitals in the Czech Republic have been addressed (Teaching Hospital Motol, Prague and Teaching Hospital Brno), the survey was finished by 131 people (60.93 %). Consequently, the questionnaire output was statistacally processed. The findings demonstrate a need of an improved anaesthesia awareness of pediatric patients and parents before the surgery. Obviously, both parents and children require printed information materials, although parents still tend to prefer rather the oral form - the anaesthesia interview. Selected standard nursing procedures for paramedics

The bachelor thesis is focused on general issues of quality healthcare with a consideration of specific conditions in emergency pre-hospital care. Special attention is paid to the importance of standardization as one of generally recognized and widely used tools for achieving a desirable quality of nursing care. The thesis outlines the basic knowledge which could serve as an introduction to designing structural, process and outcome standards. The central point of the thesis is a quantitative research aimed at determining the frequency of diagnoses addressed by emergency crews of Emergency Healthcare of Hradec Králové Region, Area East, together with a proposal of formal and algorithmic draft of standard nursing procedures for the so called priority diagnoses in the Area East.
