Resüme Titel: Die Zuständigkeit der Gemeinden Das Hauptziel dieser Diplomarbeit besteht darin, die Zuständigkeit der Gemeinden in der Tschechischen Republik zu beschreiben. Die heutige gesetzliche Regelung schließt sich seit 1990 wieder an die ehemals Ősterreichisch-Deutsche kommunale Tradition des gemischten Vollzugs der öffentlichen Verwaltung an. Nach einer nötigen kontextuellen Einführung (in der Form der Abgrenzung des Begriffes der "Zuständigkeit" und in der Form eines kurzen historischen Exkurses des Verlaufs der gesetzlichen Regelung bis zum Jahr 1990), folgt das Kapitel über den übertragenen Wirkungskreis der Gemeinden. Das Ziel dieses Kapitels ist die Verankerung dieser Zuständigkeit innerhalb der Rechtsordnung der Tschechischen Republik, ihre Prinzipien und ihre Funktionieren zu zeigen. Der eigene Schwerpunkt dieser Arbeit ist in den Kapiteln zu finden, die den eigenen Wirkungskreis der Gemeinden beschreiben. Erst beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit der verfassungsrechtlichen Verankerung und mit dem Vergleich des Rechts auf die Selbstverwaltung in der Tschechischen und Deutschen Rechtsordnung. Radio in the Netherlands

The purpose of this thesis (Radio in the Netherlands) was to compare the radio broadcasting systems in the Czech Republic and in the Netherlands, specifically in the relation to broadcasting for specific groups of population. Radio in the Netherlands is divided into four chapters. Chapter I presents the history of broadcasting in the Netherlands. The Dutch and the Czech radio broadcasting have a different history and structure, which reflects in the public broadcasting for specific groups as well as for the majority. The Dutch publicservice radio started with broadcasting for several divided groups of the society due to the splitting of the Dutch society into separate groups in the zo" century. Publieke Omroep of the 21SI century attempts to integrate the society better through integration of all groups of the Dutch society within its broadcasting (programs forMoslems as well as Hindus and Catholics, news in Arabic and Turkish) as well as trough universal programs of the organization NOS. Publieke Omroep states as its main goal to represent all parts of the society. This issue is also thoroughly described in the media laws. How the fifth graders work with a fairytale text

The object of my diploma thesis was fairy tale narration of children in fifth classes of primary school. The main point was to refer to the structural belongings of fairy tale narration and to identify basic parts of the story telling. There were used two types of narration. First of them, reproductive, involved re-telling of two chosen fairy tales: The Bluebeard (Modrovous) and The Nix and his salve (Hastrmanova mast). The second type of narration was productive story telling of random fairy tale. In this type the chosen fairy tale was just upon the individual children's selection. The analyzed material consisted in sum of 33 narrated stories. Obtained narrations were analysed according to the V.J. Propp's functions of acting people. Propp's theory and his list of 31 functions of acting people were main resources to the experimental part of my diploma thesis. According to the analyses summary certain results have benn found out. At first it showed, that the main structure of children's story telling consists of 24 types of different functions. Children don't use the full list of 31 specified functions and concern to some of them. Certain types of functions were absent in both types of story tellings. Emission load during growing of selected crops

The thesis focuses on partial assessment of the life cycle of the strawberry plant (Fragaria), the breeding of which has a long tradition in the Czech Republic. The breeding technologies in conventional and ecological farming systems are compared, in relation to the greenhouse gases emission. The data from agriculture and transportation were accumulated by way of questionnaire survey and expert literature.The objective of this thesis was to assess the impact of individual agrotechnical factors on the pollution of the environment with greenhouse gases emissions in conventional and ecological farming systems, and also to test the hypothesis on whether it is better, from the environmental point of view, to consume locally produced or imported strawberries.The environmental impact was calculated with the SIMAPro software. This tool uses the Ecoinvent databases and enables to create a model of life cycle of the product in question according to the ČSN EN ISO 14040 and ČSN EN ISO 14044 standards. Theinputs and outputs were related to the unit of one hectare and the resulting value was converted as per 1 kg of strawberries. The input included technological operations, amount of fertilisers, and plant protection products; the output of the analysis was the emission load per1 kg of strawberries expressed in the CO2 equivalent.

Conversion of farm from conventional to organic farming in submountain areas

The aim of the Dissertation was to assess conditions and suitability of the specific agricultural farm for conversion. The farm analysed is situated in the highest parts of the Novohradské Hory mountain region, District of Český Krumlov. The altitude of anthropogenic non-stocked forest land oscillates about 850 m above sea level, and covers an area which was included in the border zone of the state border with Austria until recently. The main production programme of the farm is animal production, namely cattle breeding without a market milk production. The SWOT analysis method was used to analyse subjective as well as objective presumptions of suitability of the farm for conversion purposes. It was used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results achieved were used for assessment and comparison with information processed in bibliography. The facts revealed indicated that the current state of conventional farming already fully corresponds to the principles and requirements applied in the organic farming systems.At the end it was stated that the farm has the best presumptions for a successful conversion.
