The bachelor's thesis focuses on the proposal of recommendations for the enterprise Belve, s. r. o. in the area of workers' satisfaction with management, in order to eliminate weaknesses. Literary research contains basic knowledge for conducting an analysis in the field of leadership in the results of the work. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the management, according to which we determined the strengths and weaknesses, which were the basis for the recommendations. At the end, the recommendations were economically evaluated.
Educational styles of parents of preterm children

BACKGROUND: The most numerous group from children due to perinatal burden is a group of prematurely born children and whose number continues to increase constantly. The children have higher probability of health problems and they are at risk of a complex threat to their successful development. Premature childbirth is a complicated difficult life situation for parents. Strongly reduced mental well- being is often developed at these parents and sometimes even some clinical symptoms (especially depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder). Such parenting (as well as other factors) greatly diminishes the overall interaction and communication with the child (especially their sensitivity and responsiveness) which can also be reflected in the parental style. AIM: The aim of the empirical part was to describe the occurrence of individual educational styles in healthy preterm infants 8-12 years old. METHODS: A Questionnaire of parental styles for children between the ages of 8 and 12 was used for this purpose (Čáp, Čechová & Boschek, 2000). RESULTS: A sample of 35 children showed that the most perceived parental style was a style characterized by a negative emotional relationship combined with a strong direction. Options of parent education for children and teens in school

The diploma thesis deals with parent education at school at theoretical part. Its aim is to provide the necessary methodological ideas and principles which can promote better preparation for teachers of primary and lower secondary schools to implement parent education. The present work highlights the importance of family upbringing for the child's personality, the majority of the current instability in Czech families and the history of problematic areas and deficiencies in preparing children and adolescents for their future role as a father and a mother. The theoretical part is completed by defining the necessary requirements for teacher personality which dedicated to teaching about family and parenthood at the school. At the empirical part, there is a questionnaire to a sample probe 72 Czech teachers of first and second degree qualified to teach elementary science, health education, civic education (education for citizenship), family education, personal and social education, respectively other objects within which pay attention to family and parenthood. It was concluded that the attitudes of teachers to teach these topics in the choice proved to be rather positive. Educational styles of secondary school teachers

The present thesis is devoted to educational styles of secondary school teachers. The literary overview describes progressively the most important educational environment of high school students - their family, school and peers. This section provides more detailed information about socialization in adolescence. The interaction with other people is considered as the starting point of their socialization. The concept of "significant others" (parents, teachers) as an irreplaceable factor of adolescent's development and growth is particularly highlights at the thesis. Follow-up to the characteristics of interaction and communication at pedagogical-psychological context the different views of educational styles of teachers and specifics that relate to the educational environment of secondary schools are introduced. In another part of the thesis a research project is proposed. It pays attention to secondary school teachers who teach "Pedagogy" and "Psychology" which are characterized briefly by their specific position in relation to the educational styles at the introduction. Education for partnership and parenthood

The thesis deals with the partnership and parenthood. Its goal is to introduce these institutions in interdisciplinary contexts (particularly in terms of pedagogy, psychology, sociology, as well as biology, law and philosophy), with emphasis on current changes and their importance for child and adult personality. It also reveals a possible way to prevent harmful effects on child development through partnership and parenting education and education for mental resilience.
