Zone defence scenarios

- 3 - Abstract: Title (Theme works): Zone defence scenarios Student: Kohoutek Rostislav Supervisor: PhDr. Mario Buzek, CSc. Aim: On the base of the analysis of scored goals in UEFA Champions league 2008/2009, specify certain defence scenarios. These defence scenarios will be detailed described and analysed. The reached knowledge will be applied into training process. Methods: Project research was executed by the indirect observation method: watching football videos. The qualitative and quantitative analyses were used. The study is composed by all scored goals in UEFA Champions league during the 2008/2009 season, when the European Football Federation UEFA DVDs materials were used. Results: As the result several certain defence scenarios, occurred in UEFA Champions league 2008/2009, were specified. On the base of the survey of all scored goals, the defence demanding situations were analysed. The established defence scenarios were detailed described and used in training process on adequate competitive level. The development of coordination abilities in women's football

Aimes: The dissertation examines the development of coordination abilities in women's football. At first, problems of fitness training, planning of training macrocycle and the issue of women's and young ladies' training are analysed. A considerable part of the theoretical section is devoted to coordination abilities. Second part and testing follow. To find out the level of coordination abilities, these testing disciplines were used: Agility test, run with a somersault, two-footed jump on target and vertical jump with the rotation of torso. The results of this testing informed us about the level of coordination abilities of both observed players and the whole group. Methods:Literary researches, descriptive and illustrative examples used in order to acquaint probands with particular motor tests, the observation of probands during testing, testing and evaluation of performance in motor tests, a method of test-retest, qualitative and quantitative statistical methods, logical methods (analysis, synthesis, inductive and deductive reasoning. Results: From the point of view of the long-term conception of sports training, the coordination skills seem to be an essential element of a successful mastering of motor skills, more or less dependent on the coordination. Movement mode of UK FTVS Students and Its Influence on Physical Composition

Title: Movement mode of UK FTVS Students and Its Influence on Physical Composition Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the physical activity and its influence on the physical composition of the FTVS students Methods: The thesis uses scientific literature and proper measurement. The target group was eight students of the fifth year of studies of the FTVS the Charles University. The respondents were men in the age of 22-26 years. Their daily locomotive regime was measured with the help of pedometer and their regular sport activity was chronicled into training diaries. Physical composition was measured by BIA 200 M apparatus and TANITA device. The relationship to the motional activity (both the individuals and their parents) was found out through questionnaires. Results: All the students do sports since their childhood. Their parents led them to do sports. There is only two students whose parents did not do sport on a professional level. The energy expenditure in regular physical activities range from 8,503 KJ / week to 19,830 KJ / week. However only six of them were able to meet the standard of 10 000 steps per day. The possibilities to improve muscle strength and hypertrophy

The name of this dissertation: The possibilities to improve muscle strength and hypertrophy in fitness centers. The aim of this dissertation: Searches on chronic zhe possibility of hypertrophy, muscular strength in fitness centers and summary of right and effective training in fitness centers. Method: The method in this dissertaiton is summary of technical data correct and effective workout. Use of survey questions, I found a level of and satisfaction at the fitness centers and how much time they spend in them. Why is they attending. Results: Trough the literature I summarized the findings of the effective and right workout. Thanks results of the survey I found, that almost people walking to fitness centers are satisfied with level of self-knowledge about the matter. They do not need services of personal trainer. From the survey we found that BMI index of people visiting the fitness center is normal. Key words: fitness, workout, weight training, stregth, workout
