Mutual comparison of fitness test results and floorball skills tests among Czech talented youth and youth from the Vysočina Region

Title: Mutual comparison of results of fitness tests and tests of floorball skills among talented Czech youth and youth from the Vysočina Region. Objectives: The main aim of the Master's thesis is to evaluate the level of player skills and fitness skills among regional youth teams and youth from the Vysočina Region. For the comparison, the categories of younger and older male and female pupils, and junior men and women were selected. Methods: For the purposes of this Master's thesis, the method of quantitative research of the categories of younger and older male and female pupils, and junior men and women in floorball from the Vysočina Region was applied. The floorball test battery of the Czech Floorball, consisting of fourteen player tests focused on floorball skills and fitness skills, of which seven scientifically standardized tests were selected, was used for testing. For the determination of validity, an expert analysis was used, a repeated measurement (test - retest) was performed to determine the reliability of the tests, and the Fleiss' Kappa value was calculated to determine the evaluators' concordance. Design of Project for Mobile Application Development

Diploma thesis deals with design of project for mobile application (Android and iOS platform) and web administration development. For manage this project are used project management methods. This thesis consists of three parts. First part describes theoretical facts. Next part analyzes the curent state and also serves as a basis for the third part which is suggestion of solution. This last part focuses on complete design of the development of the mobile application by Reinto s.r.o.for the purpose of profit and extension of the portfolio of references.

Heart rate during training and match load at pupil floorball team TJ Spartak Pelhřimov

This work presents a comparison of the size of the load anaerobic older pupils in floorball during the training process and in a competitive match. In one month took place in 'Spartak Pelhřimov in three aprobantů heart rate monitor. Data were processed using these sport testers Foreruner Garmin and Polar RS 400. Subsequently, an evaluation of the individual measured data. Carried out the research, we found that the measurements during a training session and competition matches, was demonstrated similar and different maximum average heart rate for all three of floorball.

This bachelor thesis focuses on making of business plan expansion of company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.

Company Financing via Initial Public Offering

Subject of this thesis is initial public offering and it’s main goal is describing of obtaining external funds for company’s funding. In the first part of the thesis is description of basic structure of financial markets, especially stock markets. The term IPO and it’s advantages and disadvantages are described. The last part is focused on individual steps of IPO realization. This thesis is focused on evaluation of chosen company’s entry on stock market. Especially macro-economic presumptions for IPO, readiness of chosen company and choice of suitable market are evaluated.

Study of optoelectrical properties of organic semiconductor thin film layers

This thesis concerns with electrical and optoelectical properties of thin organic semiconductor layers. In the research, organic electroluminescent devices were prepared and the effect of illumination and inclusion of organic interlayers, that act as alternative electrodes, on charge injection and transport were investigated on them by means of electrical measurement and impedance spectroscopy. On the basis of measured data, the thesis attempts to determine materials best suited for interlayers, which could make an improvement of electric properties of electroluminescent devices possible. The sence of using a combination of direct current measurement and impedance spectroscopy was also discussed in the thesis.
