My bachelor thesis is dedicated to the Janáček Conservatory and Grammar
School in Ostrava and its, in my opinion, the most significant graduates of the dance department. The
introduction of the thesis briefly deals with the history of the conservatory, which
was founded after several years of efforts in Ostrava. The area around Ostrava
had a lot of talented people who attended elementary art schools and desired for
secondary education, as well as those who lived in Bohemia. The main part of my
thesis is dedicated to personalities who have graduated in this school. Some of
them after finishing their active dance career share their experience with young
artists and some of them are still engaged in the dance arts. These personages
are the great benefit for the artistic life in dance at home and abroad.

Specifické poruchy učení z pohledu pedagogů středních škol

This bachelor thesis discusses specific learning disorders of students from point view of high school pedagogues. It follows the approach of pedagogues towards pupils and their specific disorders. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis states basic defintions of speficic learning disorderes, their brief overview and puts emphasis on education of pupils with specific learning disorders. It discusses personality of the educator and his or her approach towards the students with specific learning disorders. Methods used in the theoritical part are mostly study of specialised literature, taking notes, their further analysis, comparison and synthesis. Practical part engages in discussion whether or not are teachers sufficiently informed of special learning disorders and what is their relevant knowledge on this topic. Used method was a questionary distributed among teachers. The outcome of this thesis will be used as a suggestion for teaching practice and were elaborted by descriptive statistic.

Analýza internetové marketingové strategie AIESEC

The Master's thesis focuses on analysing the data about the customers of the student organisation AIESEC collected between 2012 and 2014. The results show the various customer segments defined by university, faculty and year of study from which AIESEC gets its applicants, the successfulness in finding an internship of students from these segments, proportions of different programmes (and sub-programmes) that students apply for, most desired countries as internship destinations, most effective communication channels and the average time periods between the process parts of application, raise, match and realization. Based on the results and insights from theory which discusses the use of Internet in communication with youth, the author suggests specific improvements for AIESEC to acquire more customers. These suggestions focus on increasing the return on investment of the organisation by increasing the quality of the applications, but equally focus on increasing the quantity of new customers acquired and increasing the efficiency of the AIESEC process.

The Master's thesis focuses on adidas ČR, s.r.o. and its communication on social media. The aim of this thesis is to analyze communication of adidas Company on social media and to recommend proposals for improvement and how to be more effective. The thesis is divided into two parts. First theoretical part defines social media and its position in marketing strategies of companies. In the analytical part is provided analysis of competition and its communication's strategies on social media and comparison with adidas Company. Benefits of this thesis are proposals of improvement for communication of adidas Company on social media and recommendation to the future.

Methodology for determining the amount of compensation of damages caused by Eurasian otter describes exact procedure to evaluate this damages, including calculation examples, and sets procedures for experts compiling the report on how to proceed in field examination. Methodology is possible to use for expert reports by course of Law No. 115/2000.

Monitoring pěstebních ploch‚ přenos a detekce transgenů geneticky modifikované řepky olejky

Cílem projektu je zjišťovat přítomnost geneticky modifikované řepky olejky na plochách, kde byla v minulých letech pokusně pěstována ( přežívání semen a vzcházení výdrolu), a zjišťování případného přenosu transgenu na příbuzné plevely. Vlastní monitoring zahrnoval sběr vzorků z příslušných lokalit, uchovávání vzorků, jejich analýzy na přítomnost genu bar a vyhodnocení analýz. Komentář k materiálu a metodice, výsledky monitoringu.

Program péče pro vydru říční v ČR je rámcovým materiálem, jehož smyslem je zajištění koncepčního dlouhodobého přístupu k ochraně druhu. Je souborem ochranných, managementových, legislativních a popularizačních opatření zajišťujících péči o tento druh. Časový horizont účinnosti Programu péče je 10 let, ovšem v jeho průběhu budou jednotlivá opatření kontrolována a hodnocena na základě stanovených kritérií a pokud nebudou dostatečně účinná, dojde k jejich revizi. Vydra říční je ohrožený druh, jehož početnost však v posledních letech vzrůstá. V minulosti byla rozšířena po celém území České republiky. Program péče pro vydru by měl pomoci zachovat životaschopnou populaci vydry na našem území, ale na druhé straně by měl napomoci vyřešení konfliktu mezi vydrou a rybáři. Vytvoření pozitivního vztahu rybářů k vydře, případně její tolerance bude pokládáno za naplnění hlavního cíle Programu péče. V takovém případě by bylo zajištěno také dlouhodobé zachování vydry říční na našem území i přes některé její negativní aspekty.

Zjištění chybějících údajů o biologii a ekologii vydry říční: vytvoření modelu vývoje populace

V navrženém projektu budou zjištěny aktuální informace o populační ekologii a příčinách ohrožení vydry říční v ČR. Na základě těchto údajů bude vytvořen kvantitativní model životaschopnosti populace a bude zhodnocen význam jednotlivých rizikových faktorů. Příprava nejvhodnějších opatření, která zajistí dlouhodobé přežití vydry říční v ČR. V roce 2009 proběhl sběr uhynulých zvířat, jejich pitva a analýza vzorků tkání. Je popsáno telemetrické sledování sedmi jedinců. Data z telemetrického sledování jsou ukládána do databáze. Proběhlo testování dalších metod monitoringu vyder.

25. mezinárodní kolokvium o lasicovitých šelmách

The 25th Mustelid Colloquium was held in Třeboň, Czech Republic, on 4-7 October 2007. The meeting was organized by Czech Otter Foundation Fund, Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic, and the Institute of Vertebrate Biology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Nearly 100 participants from 21 countries presented 45 talks and 28 posters dealing with all European mustelid species, except the marbled polecat. The main topics included distribution and demography, monitoring and assessment techniques, road mortality, conservation and management, genetics, habitat use, diet, and behaviour. Within the colloquium, also the workshop „How to assess the conservation status of otters in context of EU legislation?“ took place.
