The Importance of Manager´s Communication

Bachelor thesis deals with internal communication at Amadeus hotel, located in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The main goals of this work is to analyze and define the main ways and channels of internal communication within the hotel. Partial aim is to define the main communication skills of managers and their importance in the company. Yet another objective is to establish guidelines for communication manager with subordinates (internal communication). The work mainly used the following methods: a literature review of the theoretical part, analysis of internal communication at the polling staff to determine the details of the setting of internal communications at the hotel and effectiveness of this communication.
The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

This bachelor thesis discusses the importance of coaching for a manager of a selected organization and the use of coaching methods in practice. The theoretical part explains the concepts of management, especially managers role in an organization and the way he leads at workplace. The focus is drawn on coaching in detail and its use in management. The practical part is devoted to basic characteristics of AVE CZ Company and its activity in the market. Then a research is conducted on interviews done with selected leaders, who work in the above-mentioned company. Based on the research an evaluation of results is made and a solution is proposed in order to further adjust the conditions for better use of coaching.
The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the importance of coaching for a leadership. The theoretical part explains the basis of the problematics of management and leadership, and then thoroughly examines the topic of coaching: its essence, outline, advantages and disadvantages. Ascertained information is accompanied by several case studies from the business and entrepreneurial fields. These case studies were analysed and compared and contrasted to the basic principles of coaching. Towards the end of the theoretical part, the potential benefits of coaching are put into the context of three objects (employers, graduates, and the society) and respective challenges they are facing. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and asses the influence of coaching in leadership. To accomplish this objective, structured interviews were done with several managers. These interviews were then evaluated on the basis of the theoretical part. At the end of this thesis is a summary of influences of coaching, and the review of their importance for effective leadership.
The Importance of Motivation for a Leadership

The aim of the bachelor's thesis "The importance of motivation for a leadership" is to acknowledge to which extent the motivation is important for an effective management in chosen organizations from the manager's standpoint. The bachelor's thesis was divided into two main parts according to its aims: Theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the introduction to management, manager's responsibilities, motivation, stimulation and motivational theories. The thesis includes speeches of senior executives of three different organizations. They were asked eleven similar questions about their management style in the organizations. The received answers were summarized and evaluated in the conclusion. Additionally they were compared to the research acknowledgements of the theoretical part.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the use of motivation for the efficient way in a leadership. Basic concepts of management, manager and its roles and functions are generally described in the theoretical part. There is also described topics of motivation and benefits. In the practical part on basic open questions of direct interview are answers obtained from individual managers and employees in particular company. The questions are aimed on motivation and satisfaction of employee with motivation programs and on relationships at work. Results of survey are summarized and show level of motivation and satisfaction of employee in this company.

The main objective of this work is to determine the level of motivation process in the enterprise and determine the impact of the incentive on the work behavior of its employees. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part is concentrated on the definition of the issues examined in a broader theoretical framework. The practical part is focused on the initial description and presentation of the company which is the subject of the research.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the youth component of the particular sports club DHC Slavia Praha, and its management of funds and youth development. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of general concepts of legal norms in sports associations, sports advertising and sponsorship. The practical part continues to deal with the specific sports federation DHC Slavia Praha. It goes into detail about its financial division of particular items, and support for better work with their youth development program. The result of the thesis consists of suggestions and recommendations of the club as it should improve the way it is run and further expand its youth program.

This Bachleor´s thesis is about motivation as a leadership. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part in the form of literary research clarifies the issue and explains all the information necessary for an understanding of the topic. It includes information about the leadership, managers, different management styles and also about motivational theories. The second part, practical part, uses theoretical knowledge in practice. It describes three selected companies and also replies from managers who were invited to answer 13 questions on the subject of motivation as a leadership. Their answers, as they are different managers from different companies, are compared and appropriately commented. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and comparing them with information based on the experience of managers in practice, the conclusion is deduced.

Summary This bachelor thesis is focused on Motivation as leadership. It depends on methods of motivation that are applied by managers in leading their employees. It is about how correctly and effectively they are using their motivation for leading their employees. The thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes the most basic terms which are important for understanding this theme. Theoretical part is processed and derived by literature mentioned below. At the introduction are discussed concepts such as management, the manager and his competence or roles. For better understanding which role motivation captures for managing people, all concepts are explained, such as leadership styles, motivation, incentive and communication, which are important for leadership. The practical part is based on structured interviews with managers, it is down their answers which were compared. Structured interviews are based on the twelve important issues which five managers from three different companies are asked about. Finally, the evaluation of their responses, resultant comparison and final answer about how they put emphasis on executives for motivation.

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation. Theoretical part defines terms such as manager, management roles, management functions, leadership, motivational mechanism, participation, motivational program and benefits. The major objective of this study was to determine the importance of motivation by managers and identify the needs and incentives of employees, which motivates them and lead to an effective management of the company. The major objective was achieved by using the suggested method of questionnaire survey. The empirical part contains an evaluation questionnaire with results, which were recorded into graphs followed by commentary. Further in chapter Zhodnocení výsledku the results of this study were analyzed and then I summarized the findings and proposed certain recommendations for managers.
