Work with behind-go recycling waste with project on foundation firm applied in this branch. Next then by suggesting arrangement on recycling electric cable, development prises and processing price list.
Evaluation of Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 device efficiency
Duliková, Michaela ; Charvátová,, Michaela (referee) ; Čáslavský, Josef (advisor)
In this Diploma Thesis the recycling of the PET bottles in the company PETKA CZ, a.s. is under focus. Thesis describes the Italian technology AMUT designed for physical recycling of the PET bottles. The primary goal is the quality of the final recycled product, PET flakes, particularly in the context of undesirable admixtures such as PVC, other polymers and impurities. Due to the deteriorating quality of the PET flakes the equipment Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 has been tested, which had significantly reduced admixtures in PET flakes. As it turned out, the current procedures for solving problems with the PET flakes quality are no longer sufficient.
Presentation pavilion of WANEMI, a.s. paper-mill in Zábřeh
Říhová, Helena ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Zemánková, Helena (advisor)
The sense of the diploma paper is to make a new entrance - green belt - for the paper factory - WANEMI. There is the exhibition pavillion and the administration building situated in the green belt. The main point of the diploma is the exhibition pavillion. The project is based on the basic principle of ekological architecture like - demounting, using of the waste water and using of the waste warm air. The elementary pavillions´ shape reminds of a paper folder. There are another small exhibitions and constructions in the park. Everything is united by shape and material. The park is the cultural area for sport and education.
Scissors for metal waste
Zborník, Radek ; Komenda, Lukáš (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the innovation of already made hydraulic shears which are primarily used for cutting metal waste to a prescribed size. The aim is therefore to solve the problem of the bending of the shearing arm, the optimization of the number of cycles and thus increasing the efficiency of the shears. Part of the thesis will be also dedicated to energy savings. The secondary purpose is to familiarise the reader with the material cutting process using the shears – equipment used for cutting scrap metal, partial production of metal alloys, and to highlight the importance of metal recycling. The thesis includes a drawing of the assembly of the hydraulic shears.
Comparison of the environmental impact of different car's drive concept
Kopca, Filip ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This thesis describes structure and operation of particular car‘s drive mechanisms, examine and compares their level of harmfulness against living environment. From acquisition, manipulation and distribution of raw material needed for manufacturing vehicles, amount of used propellant, production of emissions during life cycle, resources needed for maintenance, demands of waste disposal and possibilities of recycling.
Waste treatment in the Czech Republic
Janík, Prokop ; Turek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bělohradský, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the waste management in the Czech Republic and the possibilities how these wastes can be processed. In present period the waste production is tightly connected with the running of society. Waste and all the problems associated with their production and processing are delicate issue of present period. This is linked to technology developments and environmental quality in this field. Wastes are generated in both production and consumption of each product and conceal large quantity of raw materials and energy. Therefore, the biggest problem lies in finding the way in which energy and these raw materials are recovered and reused.
Question of PET bottles recyclation: Current state and perspectives
Duliková, Michaela ; Stoupalová, Michaela (referee) ; Čáslavský, Josef (advisor)
This thesis is deals with the process of recycling of PET bottles from the sorting of waste up to the using of recycled material, so-called “PET flakes“. The attention is paid mainly to the process of the physical recycling. The dry recycling process is compared with the wet recycling process from the point of view of applied technology and quality with focus on the final product (PET flakes) from the wet recycling process. As the quality is concerned, presence of blockers and polyvinyl chloride, which causes the most serious problems during recycling, is discussed. Employed technologies as well as quality requirements for spinning, producing PET strapping band, recycling by the bottle to bottle form (B2B) and other possibilities of the usage of recycled materials are also described.
Mobile Machineries Used for Grinding of Aggregates and Recycled Materials from Building Waste
Hurník, Štěpán ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is the introduction to the problem of grinding natural materials and recycling building waste by mobile crushing machinery. The first part of work includes a detailed description of crushers themselves and differences between them. Next basic machine development is dealt with, as well as questions evoked by this topic. These questions are concerned with the mobility and problems of recycling. Further, there are current market offers for the preformance given. It deals with the parameters of the individual machines, on which their mutual comparison is given and displayed in graphs. The final part of the thesis consists of the general evaluation of machines for the above-mentioned purposes from different points of view: comparsion, market supply and a careful view into the possible future progress.
Utilisation of recycling machines in complex approach to waste treatment
Vlček, Zdeněk ; Turek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bělohradský, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a comprehensive approach to address the waste management system with the use of recycling machines. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with waste such as ecological and economic problems. The second chapter examines the basic types of waste recycling. The third chapter concerns the legislation related to the management of waste. The fourth chapter contains a comparison of waste management and other EU countries. The last chapter contains the selected types of machines used in recycling.
