Syrovátka, Oldřich ; Šír, M. ; Tesař, M.
Renewal of landscape ecological functions based on retention evapotranspiration unit (RETU) is defined as a fundamental feature of landscape revitalisation.
Přínosy a úskalí pěstování energetických rostlin z hlediska toků energie a živin v krajině
Pokorný, Jan
Benefits and limits of production of energetic biomass in terms energy and matter fluxes in nature. In: Proceedings of LEA "How to warm ourselves by biomass: p. 5-8, Praha 576Solar energy is converted by photosynthesis into biomass with an efficiency about 1
Productivity of differently managed mountain meadows
Mašková, Z. ; Květ, Jan ; Zelený, D.
A mountain meadow (about 1160 asl) situated in the Šumava NP/BR was subjected to 3 treatments applied in mid-July in 4 succesive years: (i)mowing, (ii)mulching, (iii)no management. Seasonal courses of aboveground biomass varied between 0,35-0,5 kg.m-2 in all treatments and years while belowground biomass did between 6-9 kg.m-2. R/S ratio varied between 6-18, being mostly highest in the mown treatment. Litter dry weight varied mostly between 0,2-0,8 kg.m-2, being usually hightest in the unmanaged treatment. Seasonal courses of the above 3 production characteristics were highly variable. Estimated average annual aboveground net production was 0,6-0,7 kg.m-2 for all treatments and years.
Production of fast growing trees in agriculture of Czech Canada
Hančl, Matyáš ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Malík, Karel (referee)
In the theoretical part of this work I will explain basic keywords for understanding of the entire work. I would like to explain here related theory of renewable energy resources, planting of fast growing trees, their species and possibilities of production. Also here will be indicated and introduced positive influences of cultivation fast growing trees and in required rate explained terms related to drainage conditions in the countryside and the countryside character. Further I will focus on specific opportunities of utilization fast growing trees and I will explain practical influences on local economy, ecology a other thing in necessary rate. In the practical part of this work will be projected concrete placement of stands in the river basin of Dračice river and here will be also accounted provisions for a specific country and economic requirements.
Ekonomické aspekty environmetálního chování MSP
Bubeníková, Pavlína ; Heřman, Jan (advisor) ; Zeman, Karel (referee)
woodenThe Energetic consumption of each kind of energy grows with the development of society and industrialization. Major influence has the world population, which is having growing tendencies. The most important source of primary energy is the rock-oil, the second important source of energy is coal, followed by natural gas. Regarding to the fact that these commodities cannot be renewed, it is clear that it can be uncontrollably wasted. There is emerging a space for new possibilities such as the energy of future -- renewable sources of energy, which are taking the fourth place in the importance of the world and it's energy sources. It is mainly biomass, water, solar or wind energy. This diploma thesis is aiming at the production of biomass -- pellets, which are a biological source of energy (wooden or vegetative material) with number of positive features and parameters. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to offer excursion into another space of modern thinking, which is well-founded by economical facts and also explains the need of taking into the consideration other alternative energetic types, which should be a common thing in future.
Legal aspects of usage of Renewable Energy Sources
Szennai, Tomáš ; Štěpánek, Petr (advisor) ; Černý, Pavel (referee)
This Bachelor Degree Final Paper is supposed to provide the reader with complex overview of specific legal regulation of use of renewable energy sources. The main focus is set on Czech legal provision. However basic description of law of the European Union in the respective field, as a corner-stone for the one of the Czech Republic, is also contained. Additionally former provision that regulated usage of RES before admission of the Czech Republic into the EU is included. The very last chapter of the paper offers brief study of most recent European directive concerning the respective field.
Business plan of energy plantation
Bydžovský, Matěj ; Srpová, Jitka (advisor) ; Kešner, Martin (referee)
The aim of the dissertation is to create the clear directions for setting up of the business plan and to create also the real business plan of the short rotation energy plantation. The dissertation consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the structure of the business plan and the principles for setup, the application part contains the real business plan of the planting short rotation coppices, which could be used both as a decision tool for realization of this project in practice and as the documentation for an application for a bank loan. The business plan mentions the market opportunity, the description of the woody species, the technology of founding, growing and harvesting of the plantation, the financial plan, SWOT analysis and possible risks with suggestions for solutions.
The transformation of biomass in heat in a municipality.
Analysis of economical problems with usage of biomass for the heat production in Czech republic
