Analýza vybraných způsobů ocenění bytů v Brně Králově Poli a v Žabovřeskách

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním oceňovacích metod pro nemovitost typu byt ve vybraných lokalitách Brno Královo Pole a Žabovřesky. Součásti práce je popsání situace na trhu s nemovitými věcmi ve zvolených lokalitách včetně porovnání nabídky s poptávkou. Ocenění je podle platných oceňovacích předpisů pro stanovení ceny zjištěné a metodami založenými na tržním oceňování pro stanovení ceny obvyklé. Výsledkem této práce je odhadnutí ceny obvyklé pro 10 vybraných bytů a posouzení jednotlivých metod ocenění a vhodnosti jejich použití.

House of peace and religions in Bangui

The project deals with the design of a multi-religious complex in the capital of the Central African Republic, Bangui. This project was created because of the consequences of historical developments in the country, primarily in response to the long-lasting riots between religious groups. The whole project is covered by an organization that is just to be based in this area. In addition to the seat of this organization, accommodation for visitors, a spiritual space for believers and a place of reverence are to be solved here, so that they do not forget the deeds that have greatly affected the whole country. Therefore, the proposal works with the division of the land into several parts. The first and most important is the north-eastern part of the plot, where the main entrance to the area is proposed, from which it is possible to get directly to the spiritual space with chapels surrounded by greenery, or you can go on a path of reflection among the trees, which ends with a reverent room. Which also leads the way to the spiritual garden. Subsequently, the spiritual garden is connected to the public part of the whole area, which is oriented on the south side of the plot. On the south-east side, due to the busy street, an administration and associated facilities are proposed. In the south-west side there is an accommodation facility, which provides the guests with a view of the spiritual garden. All buildings are designed as one-storey, except housing, which is designed as a two-storey building. The maximum height of the buildings is 8 m. The buildings are designed from solid fired bricks, which have been a natural building material in this area for centuries. The central space of this public part is divided into a square and a paillotte (a place where the older generation meets the younger generation and tells its stories about the history of their people). In the design, the paillotte is depicted in the traditional way - a large deciduous tree.

Wellness centrum v Ostravě

Diplomová práce řeší návrh Wellness centra s pensionem v Ostravě. Budova má tvar písmene „V“ se zkoseným rohem. Část Wellness má jedno a dvě nadzemní podlaží, pension tři. Pension má celkem jedenáct bytových buněk, z toho pět je vybaveno balkóny ze železobetonu. Všechny střešní roviny mají spád 15°, jsou nepochůzné a ukončeny pultovou střechou. Nosný systém je podélný s příčnými ztužujícími stěnami. Celá stavba je tvořena keramickými tvarovkami. Objekt není podsklepen a je založen na základových pásech.

Analýza ubytovacího zařízení ve zvoleném regionu - Šumava
ŠUBRTOVÁ, Kateřina
Cílem diplomové práce bylo provézt analýzu nabídky ubytovacích služeb na Horské Kvildě, srovnání kvality a cenové dostupnosti těchto služeb. Dílčím cílem je analyzovat současný stav vybraného ubytovacího zařízení Lovecká chata, nacházející se v obci Horská Kvilda, v turistickém regionu Šumava. Na základě komparační analýzy a vlastního terénního výzkumu navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení situace zařízení na trhu.
