(Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu) Summary This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is the theoretical one which consists of a brief description of the anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the patella. However, for a better understanding, the mechanism of the injury is explained, the different types of patella fracture and their optimal treatments are being described in this part. On the other hand the second part is the practical one which includes the anamnesis and the kinesiology examinations of a thirty eight years old woman, after patella fracture. Physiotherapeutic procedures for seven sessions also were performed and described in details on a daily base. This part is referred as the special part of this thesis. Great deals of strengthening, relaxation and sensomotoric stimulation exercises which are performed, as well as hydrotherapy, are available for the reader. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře proximální části humeru řešené osteosyntézou Práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapeutické péče po zlomeninách proximálního humeru řešených osteosyntézou. Na základě poznatků z funkční anatomie, kineziologie, traumatologie, ortopedie a prostřednictvím české a zahraniční literatury je zde snahou objasnit časový a praktický harmonogram pooperační rehabilitace při výše zmíněné diagnóze. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o funkci ramenního pletence, jeho jednotlivých struktur a o vlivu segmentálních poruch pletence na hybnost horní končetiny. Dále se zabývá zlomeninami proximálního humeru a způsobem jejich léčení. Na závěr rozebírá otázku pooperační rehabilitace po stránce časové i praktické. Část praktická popisuje konkrétní kazuistiku pacientky po osteosyntéze proximální části humeru Obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl aplikován fyzioterapeutický postup s cílem zlepšit celkovou hybnost horní končetiny. Po ukončení terapie byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie, zaznamenané v závěru této části. Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s osteosyntézou vnitřního kotníku a fibuly

Souhrn: Hlezenní kloub je složitou strukturou v lidském těle. Je to nosný kloub a je vystaven trvalému zatížení. Stabilita je zajištěna svaly a ligamenty. Úrazy hlezenního kloubu patří k nejčastějším úrazům, ale jejich diagnostika je někdy obtížná. V případě nesprávné léčby může zranění přejít do chronicity a vyvolat artrotické změny v kloubu. Rehabilitace po úrazu hlezenního kloubu je nezbytná pro obnovení správné funkce kloubu. Cílem práce bylo vyhledávat a zabývat se fyzioterapeutickými postupy a metodami týkající se problematiky fyzioterapeutické péče po zlomenině v oblasti kotníku a tyto metody následně použít v praxi. Cíl práce byl splněn zpracováním kaziustiky pacienta a použitím zvolených metod při rehabilitaci pacienta. Kazuistika zobrazuje průběh rehabilitace od vstupního vyšetření, stanovení cílů rehabilitace, volby vhodné terapie až po zhodnocení efektu celé terapie, která byla zpracovávána v CLPA v termínu od 25. 10. 2010 do 23. 11. 2010.

A case study of physiotherapy treatment of low back pain

Title: A Case Study of Physiotherapy treatment of Low Back Pain. Thesis aim: This thesis involves a case study regarding physiotherapy approach to low back pain localized in the area of the lumbo-sacral junction and the left hip joint. The theoretical part aims to explain the kinesiology and biomechanical pathologies of the lumbo- sacral joint and pelvic girdle functioning as a unit. While the practical part refers to the case study; the examinations used and the effectiveness of the therapy with the approaches used. Methods: The practical part is based on a 55 year old female, in a state of 2 year post fall on the left hip who now complains of low back and left hip joint pain. The study consisted of physiotherapeutic approaches for initial kinesiological examination, followed by 5 therapy sessions lasting an hour each, and a final kinesiological examination. All methods used were non-invasive. Results: Progress was very much markable in the course of 5 days of therapy. The patient's pain level at the left hip joint and low back pain (LBP) decreased. The therapies used have shown to be very successful concerning my patient's diagnosis.
