CHARLES UNIVERSITY IN PRAG Faculty of Physical Educational and Sport Department of Physiotherapy THE INFLUENCE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM ON MUSCLE ACTIVITY OF LOWER LIMB MUSCLES IN RELATION TO THE RISK FACTORS OF HAMSTRING INJURY AT SOCCER PLAYERS Dissertation thesis Supervisor: Author: Doc. PaedDr. Dagmar Pavlů, CSc. Mgr. Iva Hnátová Consultant: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, PhD. November 2012 SUMMARY Titel: The influence of the training program on muscle activity of lower limb muscles in relation to the risk factors of hamstring injury at soccer players. Objective: Hamstring strain is a serious injury and requires long-term treatment. Hamstring strain has a high risk of recurence. As a result of this injury is long-term lost of competition and training. Prevention is necessary because of this. The mechanism and etiology of this type of injury is still uncertain and still under discussion. Multifactorial etiology is commonly discussed. In our opinion, the best solution is the training program, which is made on the basis of cooperation the physiotherapists and coaches. The goal of this training program should be primary prevention of injury or reintegration of injured athlete in the training program or the prevention of reccurenc of injury. As the result of this cooperation should be training program with all aspects of...
Fitness training in fitness centres for football players
Brigl, David ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Engelthalerová, Zdeňka (referee)
This bachelor's thesis attempts to establish a link between strength training in fitness and the performance of soccer players. It identifies, whether soccer players put into their training strength training in fitness. Whether this training is beneficial and affects their performance in a positive or negative way. For the purpose of examination there was a questionnaire created which was distributed among active soccer players via the Internet, using tools such as email and social networks. Based on the answers graphics processing results were created and they were evaluated.

Comparative analysis of selected soccer kicks
Řebíček, Pavel ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Comparative analysis of selected soccer kicks Objectives: The main objective of the study is to characterize the involvement of selected muscles during soccer kicks by time and space and subsequent comparison with specific exercises with expander by EMG measurement. Methods: The study has a character of a case study, comparative analysis of relative timing of movement and activity of selected muscles during soccer kicks by surface poly-electro-myographical analysis and kinematic analysis. Results: Timing of muscles involvement during soccer kicks is different than timing of muscles involvement during exercise with expander. Keywords: EMG, soccer, kick, muscles, activation
Soccer as a means of reducing the population movement deficiency
Mareš, Jan ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Strejcová, Barbora (referee)
SOCCER AS A MEANS OF REDUCING THE POPULATION MOVEMENT DEFICIENCY. Objectives: The first aim of this project is to study the impact of training on active amateur "A" team players of AFK Loko Chomutov. The second aim is to verify possibilities of using soccer in order to reduce population movement deficiency. Methods: In this project, methods of observation, measuring, comparing, and data analysis were used. Specifically, fitness prerequisites of individual players were assessed. The data analysis method was used in order to compare results of initial and final measuring within individual tests. Within the observed summer training period which lasted four weeks and contained sixteen training units (trainings of varied focuses with time span of 60 to 100 minutes), there have been assessed changes in fitness prerequisites in "A" team players of AFK Loko Chomutov. The research has been executed on 17 performance players between 22 and 33 years of age. Tested individuals have been engaged with football actively since their childhood. Outcomes: Thanks to application of specifically designed four-week training plan which included sixteen training units (trainings of 60 - 100 minutes) significant changes in fitness prerequisites in performance players have occurred. The training influenced speed, strength,...
Analysis of soccer match loading according to player position.
Bujnovský, David ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title: Analysis of load football players in a match in terms of gaming post. Objectives: The aim of this essay is to determine the size of the musculoskeletal load of players during friendly football matches. At the same time the aim is to determine the differences in the size of the musculoskeletal load between the different players' positions measured in the file. Methods: This essay deals with the indirect (mediated) observations, due to the fact that data was recorded by devices from which this data was then processed to obtain the result. To evaluate the size of the musculoskeletal load sport testers "Polar Team 2" were used. For the statistical evaluation the processed material significance using the so-called "size effect" was used. Results: Regarding the size of the musculoskeletal load, no substantively significant difference was found between the defenders and midfielders in the zone above the ANP. Significant material differences were observed between defenders and attackers, materially significant differences were also found between the midfielders and attackers in the zone above the ANP. However, based on the conditions under which measurements were carried out, it is clear that definite conclusions cannot be drawn. Keywords: Football, physical load, heart rate, player's positions
The impact of fatigue on the kick accuracy of young soccer players
Ižovská, Jana ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Zahálka, František (referee)
Title: The impact of fatigue on the kick accuracy of young soccer players Objectives: Identify the relationship of fatigue and the kick accuracy of young soccer players. Methods: The study group consists of 20 players in the age between 17 and 22, who are actually operating on league level in the reserve of elite soccer club. Before loading, the players had 3 attempts of shooting into the middle of the goal by dominant and non-dominant leg. After loading, they had 3 attempts of shooting into the middle of the goal too, but only by dominant leg. We measured the speed and the accuracy of kicks before loading and after the maximum load. Results: The results of work give information about the impact of fatigue on the kick speed and accuracy of young soccer players. It has been found that after the impact of loading the soccer players had worse results in the studied parameters. Keywords: fatigue, kick, loading, skill, soccer

The theme of the development of the existing sports grounds was dealt with Based on a number of analyzes, visits to the site and communication with the community management, the theme of the development of the existing sports grounds was dealt with. The whole territory is up to a football field in a very maintained conditions. There are two smaller accommodation facilities, which are seasonally used mainly by schools in nature and other students, but their condition is quite unsatisfactory. The soccer field, which is the only one maintained, belongs to the existing base of soccer players - the dressing room with the clubhouse. Their condition is also somewhat aggravated. In the current spatial plan, the whole proposed area is at the interface of two areas, the first is the area of sport and individual recreation and the second is the area to be examined. Urban design is based on the location of the existing soccer field and the preservation or improvement of existing links to the surrounding area. Most of the paved areas will be overtaken. Part of the design of the development of sports activities in the village was also to find a possible solution for parking for tourists, for which there is no free space in the village. The chosen location is advantageous in that, when a parking lot will be created, it will be created near the main entrance to the village on road II. Cl. No. 420 from Hustopeče through the village. Architectonically, but also conceptually, the construction is based on the economic possibilities of the municipality, the possibilities of variability of the solution and especially of the possibilities of staging construction. The result are two buildings. One main, replacing the background of spccer players, creates the conditions for year-round training in the new gym, for going to fitness, while part of the building is a platform for the soccer field. The second building is an accommodation that replaces the existing unsatisfactory buildings. Architecturally, they are masses that are greatly affected by the modules. The building structure and the facilities of the sports hall are structurally designed from standardized modular systems, steel containers that are interconnected to create an unusual spectacle. The area of the gym is defined by a reinforced concrete skeleton. Both buildings are covered with gold anodized sheet metal, which is profiled similarly to the peripheral walls of the containers. At the same time, the object was to create year-round sports grounds that are accessible to the general public and youth.
