The object of this work is to study technology in Trebon pension street Chelčického. The document contains more technical report on the construction technology studies.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of selected technological study for construction of residential building. The main content of this work is the technological realization of the main technological stages with a detailed focus on gross upper structure. For the gross stage of the upper structure are developed technological processes for the implementation of masonry construction and installation of ceiling construction, time and financial plan, mechanization plan and design of site equipment.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical construction research of the family house which is located in 15 Horní Street in Brno. Technical construction research had to be made, due to the change of the owner of the house and to determine the status for possible reconstruction. Research includes description of the methodology of diagnostic work on building and evaluation of research with results and draft measures. The results consider the state of structure and status of its component parts.

The structural system is designed as a bricked from ceramic thermal insulating blocks. The building is covered by two shed roofs with truss supporting structure.

The survey and assessment of stone construction

This thesis is focused on applying the process of the assessment of existing structures from ČSN ISO 13822 on the evaluation of stone constructions. These are seen here as masonry structures, but with some specifics. Since the source of this specifics results from the natural origin of the building material and significant age of preserved stone structures, to its evaluation also the knowledge of geology and history of architecture is necessary. For this reason, this thesis contains also the geological overview of rocks used for building and describes characteristics of stone structures from different architectural periods. The aim of the practical part is to describe preliminary investigation of an existing stone construction on the example of the stone bridge in Dobromilice.

In this Bachelor's thesis, the building technological project contains primarily a model of the building site accessories, the technological process, the time schedule, the financial heftiness, the machines formation, the check and the test plan, the occupational safety, for these technological phases.
