Project is created in environment of implementation projects designed by software company CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. located in Bratislava. This thesis could be used as a suggestion of appropriate steps for managing future implementing projects in mentioned company.

This master’s thesis “Optimization of accounting Processes in the Company” is focusing on improving main processes in the company. This thesis is divided into theoretical part which contains theoretical terms connected with the optimization of processes in the company, into analytical part which describes current situation in the company and problems analyzing and into design part which contains concept of solutions of the main processes improvement. These amendments should lead to increased effectiveness of main processes.

The diploma thesis analyses application of information systems in a company called Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod a.s. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the topics of corporate informatics and information systems. It also describes various methods and procedures of the analyses used in the thesis. On the basis of the analyses performed in the following chapter, there are discovered drawbacks that are crucial to design subsequent changes in the system. These changes may be used by a company management as a solid source of improvements of the current information systems.

Software Support of Enterprise Processes

The subject of this thesis is primarily design methodology for planning and traffic management. It is based on the real needs of company CAD Blansko and analyzing company processes and capture their support in the corporate ERP system. Next pat is detailed analysis focusing on dispatching of passenger transport. Based on the findings and conclusions of this section are outlined deficiencies, especially the need for a methodology for resource planning and specifications of that methology. To which is directly connected with the extensive design of the required design methodology and its software support, change is taken into account current business processes. It is also recommended procedure of the implementation methodology using appropriate project management tools. The final part is testing of methodology.

Main solution is a new ERP system for this company with economic evaluation and important benefits of this system.

The aim of this thesis is a description of information systems and a correct method of selection of the information system by an enterprise. It describes the subject with focus on ERP systems, situation and trends on the domestic market. It brings also benefits of the information systems for enterprises and common mistakes during information system selection process. Own solution for the analyzed company consists of information strategy proposal and the wide selection of the suitable information system. Additional proposals are stated contracted.
