The bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of contemporary motivation system in the HALLEXO CZ s. r. o. company. It contains recommendations for improving the company´s motivational, so it will help to increase effectiveness, to improve company culture and employee satisfaction. It also contains recommendations for improving interpersonal relationships within the company, so that staff work best for company and the company could develop in future years.

This diploma thesis deals with issues concerning motivation and evaluation of the employees. The theoretical part describes suggestions from specialised literature in the field of motivation and evaluation of the employees. The practical part deals with the revealed study results which will be then apllied to the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to offer possible suggestions based on the information discovered. These suggestions will be used to eliminate revealed imperfections and subsequently help to improve motivation of the employees.

The theoretical part describes and analyses motivation system and the ystem of evaluation job performance in Kralovopolska, a.s. company. There will be given suggestions ti improve motivation system in the company in the last part.

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to suggest a suitable motivational system for the Clia, s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic koncept of motivation is explained. Next part of the thesis introduces an analytic survey, based on which the possible imperfections of the company might be shown. In the conclusing part, the possible measures for improvement of the company´s motivational system are proposed. These measures should lead to an increased motivation and productivity.

This diploma thesis is focused on suggesting a motivation system for a chosen company. The work´s theoretical part is processed according to the specialized literature. Analytical part contains general characteristics of the company and the current motivation system. Results from internal sources and the questionnaires form a base to a development of a motivation system, which ensures lower fluctuation of employees.
