Diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na rozbor motivačního systému společnosti. Tato společnost se zabývá zprostředkováním aktivního a pasivního telemarketingu. Na základě analýzy společnosti a primárního výzkumu navrhuji v práci taková opatření, která by měla vést k vyšší spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This thesis focuses on the analysis of motivation system. The company is engaged in the provision of active and passive telemarketing. Based on the analysis of society and primary research, I should work such measures , which should lead to higher employee satisfaction.
