Bakalárska práca pomocou dotazníkového šetrenia a pozorovania analyzuje súčasnú úroveň motivačného systému zamestnancov spoločnosti TELEM K&M, a. s. Obsahuje návrh motivačného systému, ktorý by mal zvýšiť efektívnosť a prosperitu firmy na trhu prostredníctvom spokojnosti zamestnancov. This bachelor thesis analyses through questionnaire inquiry and observation a current level of the motivation system of employees in TELEM K&M, a. s. It contains concept of effective motivation system which would raise effectiveness and prosperity of the company in the marketplace through the satisfaction of employees.
